Practical Research On Group Work Involved In Learning Adaptation Problems Of Children Of Migrant Workers

With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,more and more migrant workers come to the city to work and live with their children.The children of migrant workers have become an important group in the city.In under the protection of national and local policy,rural migrant workers children can smoothly enter the public elementary school,but because of their own,school,family,peer groups,the influence of many factors,so that when the children of rural migrant workers came to the city is difficult to adapt to the new learning environment,in a certain extent,learning to adapt to the problems,such as lack of learning confidence,low degree of job completion,does not adapt to the teacher's teaching way and so on.It will not only affect their own learning enthusiasm and initiative,but also affect their physical and mental health and future development.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of the learning adaptation of children of migrant workers in cities,and uses the method of group work to effectively intervene,so as to help children of migrant workers in cities better integrate into the new study and life.This paper carried out a study on the children of migrant workers in L Primary School.In the research process,two methods,scale measurement method and semi-structured interview method,were used.Firstly,a scale was conducted to measure the learning adaptation status of children of migrant workers in L Primary School.After sorting out the measurement results,it was found that the mean of the total score of learning adaptation of children of migrant workers in fifth and sixth grades in L Primary School was lower than the national norm level,and the overall learning adaptability was poor.Second,with the method of half structured interview understanding of learning to adapt to the problems facing the community,analyze its influence factors,individual level characteristics and length of the city itself,the school level teaching content fault,diversification of teaching means,family level economic ability insufficiency,the guardian low degree of culture,level of peer groups lack of good mutual support network,are all factors that affect their learning.On this basis,the author used the professional method of group work to carry out the "dandelion group",aiming at the group goals such as enhancing the group members' learning confidence,establishing the correct learning method and improving the interpersonal relationship,and designed six group activities.In the end,through the study of the process of the whole group activities,the results and effectiveness evaluation,it is concluded that team work methods in rural migrant workers children learning has obvious action on adaptation,embodied in: inventory score after seven members of the team are all in ascension,team members improve learning adaptability,enhance learning confidence,team members learn to work out their own learning plans,learn the correct method of study,but also help them to improve the interpersonal relationship with parents,peer groups,to make it better adapt to L primary school study life,promote the healthy and happy growth.
