At present,China's junior high school art curriculum reform has entered the"core literacy" period.Traditional knowledge teaching has been replaced by core literacy teaching.The focus of the new curriculum standard has changed from focusing on knowledge and skills to focusing on problem-solving ideas and learning methods.How to conform to the cultivation goal of core literacy,implement it in specific subject teaching,and establish efficient curriculum construction has become a problem that educators of all subjects need to think about.In the fine arts discipline,according to the needs of social talents,students' own physical and mental development laws,and the value of various kinds of knowledge,experts refine five fine arts disciplines:image reading,artistic expression,aesthetic judgment,creative practice and cultural understanding.Art class in junior high school is an important part of basic education in junior high school.The basic course of fine arts plays a very important role in cultivating students' aesthetic sentiment,patriotism,value orientation,intellectual quality,artistic ability,and even the skills of going to society and work in the future.Chinese painting is a compulsory course of junior high school art,which is the foundation and focus of junior high school art course.Under the current teaching background,it is particularly important to carry out the teaching research of Chinese painting based on core literacy standards.Chinese painting teaching based on core literacy is a curriculum education aiming at cultivating and improving students' aesthetic attitude and judgment literacy.Junior high school students' mental development is still immature,they are at the age of puberty,and their cognition of the outside world is at the level of perceptual knowledge.In this important period,we have to strengthen the education of traditional Chinese painting for students,which will help students form correct values and national cultural pride.On the other hand,art course is a compulsory course in the field of art study,which aims to cultivate people by virtue.Through aesthetic education,students should form correct aesthetic concepts,cultivate noble sentiments,cultivate national spirit,stimulate imagination and creativity,and promote students to pay attention to the cultivation of personality while developing in an all-round way.Junior high school art course has added elements of Chinese painting,including the history and classification of Chinese painting,appreciation of Chinese painting works,landscape painting and freehand painting,etc.,so that students are physically and mentally influenced by Chinese traditional culture.The injection of Chinese painting module enables junior high school students to calm down and study traditional excellent culture seriously in the information age,which is also the embodiment of fully implementing the core literacy idea in art teaching.However,the effect of learning Chinese painting in junior middle schools in most areas is not very good,and there are some problems such as lack of training awareness,lack of material resources,learning content far from life experience,etc.,which lead to the failure to fully realize the educational value of Chinese painting.Therefore,this paper explores the value of learning Chinese painting in junior middle school through questionnaire survey,literature research,educational observation and practical exploration.At the beginning,this paper describes the background and significance of the research,as well as the purpose and method of the research,and then makes a literature analysis of the domestic academic research on key words such as "core literacy","junior high school teaching" and "Chinese painting".The first chapter explains the concepts of core literacy and core literacy of fine arts.The second chapter analyzes the content and educational value of the traditional Chinese painting course in junior middle schools in Hunan and America.The third chapter analyzes the problems and solutions of traditional Chinese painting classes in junior middle schools in Hunan and America under the background of core literacy.The fourth chapter is based on the previous theoretical basis,making three instructional designs and implementing them with the Hunan-American version of Chinese painting course,and then summarizing the research results,limitations and prospects.The fifth chapter is the summary and prospect of the research.I hope this study can provide some help and suggestions for the teaching research of Chinese painting in junior middle school under the background of core literacy.
