With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,improving teachers’ teaching monitoring ability has become a key problem to improve teachers’ ability.This paper determines the research object as primary school teachers,through investigation to study the current situation of primary school teachers’ teaching monitoring ability and put forward countermeasures.The first chapter: introduction.It mainly includes research background,research purpose and significance,concept definition,literature review,research content and methods,research difficulties and innovations.The second chapter: primary school teachers’ teaching monitoring ability investigation.The author investigated 188 teachers in Shenyang,five primary schools,and interviewed 5teachers’ teaching cases.The third chapter: Status quo and deficiencies analysis of the teaching monitoring ability of primary school teachers.The author found that there are several problems in the teaching monitoring ability of primary school teachers: lack of innovation in planning and preparation,lack of pertinence in evaluation and feedback,lack of transformation in control and adjustment,and formalization of summary and reflection.The fourth chapter: Analysis of Insufficient Teaching Monitoring Ability of Primary School Teachers.Through investigation and analysis,the main reasons that affect the teaching monitoring ability of primary school teachers are: lack of divergent thinking accomplishment,,lack of overall optimization consciousness,lack of depth of learning,simple understanding of classroom evaluation,one-sidedness of classroom feedback,improper treatment of teacher-student relationship,lack of teaching wit,and lack of attention to teaching reflection.The fifth chapter: the promotion strategy of primary school teachers’ teaching monitoring ability.The main strategies put forward in this paper are:increasing teaching and research activities,participating in knowledge exchange and sharing,improving teachers’ accomplishment,paying attention to classroom evaluation,comprehensive and effective feedback,constructing harmonious teacher-student relationship,sublimating teaching wisdom and establishing correct teacher attribution.The sixth chapter: conclusion.
