The Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2011Edition)includes the idea of model as one of the ten core concepts,which has attracted extensive attention since it was proposed at the very beginning.For mathematics,the application of model thought is also reflected in many contents.Function,as a major difficulty in junior middle school mathematics,is inseparable from the model thought in its learning.Based on this background,This paper explores the teaching strategy of function teaching model in junior high school.Firstly,through literature analysis,literature related to junior function and model ideas were collected and summarized to understand the research status,and the significance and theoretical support of the research were determined.Secondly,through the method of questionnaire survey,the questionnaire survey was carried out on the third grade students of the sample middle school,The results showed that 66.14% of the students thought it was difficult to learn the function course,40.16%of the students did not understand the model idea,and 37.00% of the students said they had never heard the model idea.Therefore,it can be seen that the penetration of model thought in junior middle school function course is not in place.Most students do not master this kind of important mathematical thinking method,which hinders the development of mathematical application consciousness.Lastly,through the interview method,the problems and difficulties existing in the function teaching of front-line teachers are understood:Students’ thinking is more stable and they can’t look at the function with a dynamic perspective;When solving practical problems,the lack of practical significance of consideration.Combining the survey results with the function content structure,From the perspective of "pre-class,in-class and after-class",this paper puts forward several teaching strategies aiming at the idea of permeation model of function teaching in junior middle school:(1)Theory is connected with practice,and the real situation is introduced;(2)show the construction process,highlighting rational thinking;(3)Consolidate and internalize model ideas after class;(4)Carry out modeling activities and intuitively feel the model.
