With the popularity of the Internet and the support of science and technology,various intelligent teaching platforms have developed rapidly,This makes all kinds of educational and educational resources on the network platform,and is launched in the form of live webcast or video recording.Especially after the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia in 2020,online teaching is an auxiliary teaching method under offline teaching.It broke through the barriers of region and time,and became the main teaching method during the epidemic situation in China.Although this kind of teaching phenomenon still exists in Colleges and universities,with the progress of society and the development of science and technology,online and offline integration teaching is bound to be a general trend of basic education teaching in the future.In this paper,starting from the research status at home and abroad,through combing and analyzing the online and offline teaching and teaching quality evaluation index system,based on the compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard(2011 Edition),TPACK knowledge framework,online teaching and online learning status and previous research on the mixed teaching evaluation index system.By using the spirit of scientificity,development and operability,the author initially constructs the evaluation index of online and offline integrated teaching quality of junior high school mathematics.Secondly,the Delphi method is used to compile the expert opinion questionnaire for the constructed evaluation index,and the index and index scoring instructions are given.According to the opinions of university mathematics teachers,junior middle school leaders and junior middle school front-line mathematics teachers,the teaching quality evaluation index is further revised and determined,and the final evaluation index is obtained.The evaluation index consists of two-level index and index description,which refers to the standard includes 4 first level indicators and 18 second level indicators.The first level indicators are composed of knowledge and skills,mathematical thinking,problem solving and emotional attitude.The second level indicators are composed of platform operation ability,mathematical curriculum resources,basic mathematical knowledge,basic mathematical skills,mathematical thinking quality,mathematical literacy effect,basic mathematical thinking,basic mathematical activity experience,problem discovery,problem posing and problems analysis,problem solving,interactive feedback,learning interest,learning habits,mathematical confidence,mathematical value and scientific attitude.Finally,through the combination of AHP method and Delphi method,the hierarchical structure analysis model is constructed,the expert questionnaire is compiled,the experts are invited to compare the importance of similar indicators again,the comprehensive weight of the evaluation index is determined,and a more reasonable online and offline integrated teaching quality evaluation index system of junior high school mathematics is formed.The innovation of this paper is mainly divided into theoretical innovation and method innovation.In theory,fully combining the advantages of online and offline teaching,without deliberately separating online and offline teaching,we should take junior middle school students as the main body and mathematics classroom as the "bridge" to build the online and offline integrated teaching quality evaluation index system of junior middle school mathematics,so as to provide reference for teaching reform and teaching evaluation reform.In method,according to the compulsory education mathematics curriculum standards,online teaching and online learning status questionnaire,TPACK knowledge framework and previous research on the mixed teaching evaluation index system,the online and offline integrated teaching quality evaluation index system of junior high school mathematics is constructed,which will provide research ideas and new methods for teaching evaluation reform.
