In the whole Chinese teaching work,the evaluation of students' composition writing has always been the top priority of every Chinese teacher's composition teaching.Of course,evaluation writing is an effective way to evaluate students' compositions,so improving evaluation strategies for students' compositions and further improving the quality of each Chinese teacher's composition evaluation writing are of far-reaching significance to improving students' writing level.This research mainly through the composition of novice teachers evaluation present situation to carry on the detailed analysis,through the analysis of the details of novice teachers comment writing,combined with the related theory of education,and summed up the real effective composition evaluation has the characteristics of the type for the future of the novice teachers solve his doubt comments in writing to the composition comments provide a new reference for the quality of ascension.The study,the author use the text analysis,the distribution of questionnaire and interview,such as a series of methods to select three new type composition ever written by the language teacher comments in-depth research and analysis,to fully understand the novice teacher and student of composition evaluation held by the attitude and the students about their teacher to write a composition evaluation improvement Suggestions and requirements,for the novice Chinese teacher composition evaluation improvement of writing level and improve to provide more and better reference value.The research consists of five parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the origin of the research,the significance of the research and the results of the domestic and foreign scholars in the novice teachers' writing comments.The second part mainly introduces the definition of some connotation and concepts related to this paper.The third part mainly introduces the current situation of junior middle school Chinese novice teachers' comments on students' compositions and the characteristics of the comments themselves.The fourth part,through the summary of the current situation of novice Chinese teachers' composition comments,analyzes the shortcomings of this kind of teachers' composition comments themselves,thus summing up the main problems of junior middle school Chinese novice teachers' composition comments and the reasons for the problems.The fourth part summarizes the causes of the problems and puts forward some improvement strategies for novice Chinese teachers' writing comments.The fifth part is the summary and prospect of the future novice Chinese teachers' writing work.Through the investigation of three novice teachers,the research found that novice Chinese teachers in junior middle school had almost the same understanding of writing comments to students,that is,insisting on writing comments to students is of profound significance to the improvement of the overall writing level of students.Through analyzing the current situation of new type composition comments we can from the thesis reviews the evaluation subject,evaluation methods,evaluation content,evaluation standard and evaluation by the goal of this five aspects to improve students' composition evaluation,at the same time,but also by improving the junior middle school Chinese new type composition of teacher evaluation of writing and then to improve the quality of its composition comments in writing.
