Composition evaluation is an important part of composition teaching,and comment writing is one of the effective ways of composition evaluation.It is of great significance to improve the strategies of composition evaluation and the quality of composition evaluation.This study mainly analyzes the writing situation of new teachers and proficient teachers' writing comments.Through comparative analysis of the similarities and differences between new teachers and proficient teachers' writing comments,combined with the theory of multiple evaluation,it summarizes the effective characteristics of composition comments,and provides reference for teachers to improve the quality of composition comments.This research mainly uses qualitative research methods,including text analysis method,questionnaire method and interview method to analyze the selected composition comments,and interviews with teachers and some students to fully understand the attitude of teachers and students towards composition comments,students' suggestions and needs for improvement of teachers' composition comments,so as to provide more suggestions for improvement and promotion of teachers' composition comments reference resources.This study is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction part,which mainly introduces the origin of the research,the significance of the research and the existing research results of scholars in the composition comments.The second part introduces the writing situation and the specific characteristics of the composition comments of novice teachers and proficient teachers.The third part analyzes the similarities and differences between the two kinds of teacher's composition comments by comparing the comments,and summarizes the problems and reasons of the two kinds of teacher's composition comments.The fourth part summarizes the characteristics of effective composition comments and the characteristics of composition comments with the combination of multiple evaluation theory and composition comments,and puts forward some enlightenment for the improvement of teachers' composition comments.The fifth part is the summary and Prospect of the research.Through the investigation and research,it is found that novice teachers and proficient teachers have the same understanding of composition evaluation,and both believe that composition evaluation plays an important role in improving students' composition level,and they all adhere to the principle of gradual progress in evaluating students' compositions,but there are differences in the effectiveness and guidance of composition evaluation between proficient teachers and novice teachers.Through the analysis,we can improve the composition comment from five aspects:the evaluation subject,method,content,standard and goal.At the same time,we should improve the quality of composition comment by improving the writing level of teachers.
