The problem of labor employment quality is not only the problem about how to survive in the job market,but also the key factor to the healthy development of the entire labor market and the index of national happiness.This study based on exploring the causal mechanism of employment quality,from the perspective of Krackhardt and Luo who were discussed within the organization in the social network theory of friendship network,to establish the linkage between the psychological capital and social capital,and try to reveal the phenomenon of organization friendship network impact on the employment quality,the mechanism of individual psychological capital ACTS as the intermediary variable.Firstly,this study on the basis of summarizing the predecessors' research,establish the theoretical framework which employees within an organization,friendship network and psychological capital affects the employment quality.And on the concepts of capital,this paper expounds the mechanism of four types of capital(economic capital,human capital,social capital,psychological capital)in the role of labor market.It is pointed out that there is a rational explanation chain between the traditional economic capital and the social capital--the possibility that the laborer changes from the exploiter to the investor and shares the market surplus value;the social network of the actor has an important influence on the degree of human capital realization.However,as a new way to active individual capital,the academic researches of psychological capital mostly focus on the endogenous psychological state of individuals,lack of in-depth discussion on the organizational environment of actors,thus neglecting the development trend of psychological capital in interpersonal interaction.On the other hand,social network theory is in urgent need of further research on intra-organization relations.Based on the above analysis,this study adopts the sociological quantitative research method and puts forward the following four hypotheses:(1)The employee's organizational friendship network has a significant positive impact on the employment quality;(2)Employees' organizational friendship network has a significant positive impact on their psychological capital;(3)The psychological capital of employees has a significant positive effect on their employment quality;(4)The positive relationship between organizational friendship network of psychological capital intermediary and employment quality.Through the investigation of employees working in a private joint-stock enterprise,the data of 305 valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed by using SPSS,AMOS and Stata software.The results showing that:(1)The higher the communication frequency in the friendship network,the higher the employment quality;(2)The higher the communication frequency in the friendship network,the higher the psychological capital index;(3)The higher the psychological capital index,the higher the employment quality;(4)Employee psychological capital mediated the positive significant impact of organizational friendship network and employment quality.
