Students' autonomous learning is necessary in the process of deepening education reform comprehensively.Students' autonomous learning originates from learning autonomy.Learning autonomy is the comprehensive quality that students embody in the process of autonomous learning.Learning autonomy includes three dimensions:emotional autonomy,cognitive autonomy and behavioral autonomy.Du Langkou Middle School has developed from a weak one to an advanced school,and students' learning autonomy has also been greatly improved.The questionnaire survey was used to explore the development level of learning autonomy of students at Du Langkou Middle School.All the students enrolled in Du Langkou Middle School in 2017 were selected as the research objects,and learning autonomy was tracked for three consecutive years until they graduated from junior high school.In order to make the results more convincing,the study also compared the same students of F Middle School in Chiping District.The study found that the overall learning autonomy and all dimension level of students at Du Langkou Middle School are higher,increasing with the year.The classroom ethnography is used to study the performance and influence factors of learning autonomy in Du Langkou Middle School.This study found that the emotional autonomy maintains learning autonomy.It mainly reflected in students participating the class with a positive emotion.They admire teachers and are responsible for their mini-group.Meanwhile,they have strong desire to enter key high schools as well.Cognitive autonomy regulates learning autonomy.It is mainly reflected in positive thinking of students.Students can criticize and self-criticize,attribute correctly,and process learning content creatively.Behavioral autonomy implements learning autonomy.It mainly reflected in students eager to show themselves.Students with poor grades learn actively.‘Student-teacher' organize the class orderly.Students form good learning habits.The author summarized four influence factors of students' learning in Du Langkou Middle School.First,the educational role of teachers,including teachers who become role models for students,teachers' encouragement,teachers' guidance to students,and teachers' wisdom of grouping.Second,the desire of the students to perform and students' sense of responsibility.Third,the class evaluation mechanism,including the timing of evaluation and the form of evaluation.Fourth,environmental factors,including class environment and rural cultural environment.The class environment includes the emotional motivation of pre-class slogans,teacher-student relationship and student-student relationship.The experience of Du Langkou Middle School is enlightening in cultivating students' learning autonomy.Teachers should be the leaders of learner autonomy in the cultivation of learning autonomy on education and teaching.The teaching content in rich forms should be implemented.An effective evaluation mechanism should be established in the class simultaneously.At the same time,teachers should create a positive,mutual and accepted class atmosphere.
