Today,as the society develops towards diversification,incentives are used more and more widely in various fields of society,and it is used more and more frequently in classroom teaching in elementary schools.The current primary school classroom teaching is boring and boring,and the pressure of entering a higher education brought by exam-oriented education has led to classroom teaching focusing on improving student performance,ignoring students' interest in classroom learning.Many teachers adopt simple and traditional teaching methods in classroom teaching.The methods are simple and the classroom learning atmosphere is dull,and students' grades are polarized.In view of various phenomena,it is particularly important to use incentives correctly in classroom teaching in elementary schools to promote the physical and mental health of students.In primary school classroom teaching,the scientific and reasonable use of incentives can improve the quality of teaching to a certain extent,ensure the efficiency of classroom teaching,better achieve the teaching goals,and help students master knowledge.This research defines the concepts of classroom teaching and teaching incentives by consulting related literature,and provides a certain theoretical basis for follow-up research through the analysis of the current research status.Based on the actual teaching work,the author,taking Meihekou City School B as an example,issued questionnaires to frontline teachers to understand teachers' perceptions and use of incentives.According to the survey results,the author analyzed and sorted out the data,combined with classroom observations and non-compliance with primary school students.The results of formal interviews were conducted to understand primary school students ' attitudes towards the implementation of incentives and the effects of primary school teachers' use of incentives in the classroom.It was found that primary school teachers' classroom teaching had a single form of incentives,was unfair to the incentive targets,did not use incentives appropriately,and ignored Actual use effect phenomenon.The reason for this phenomenon is that teachers lack the correct awareness of classroom teaching motivation,related training content is less,and students' expectations are not clear.Educators should establish correct educational concepts,clarify the importance of teaching incentives to students,understand students,and use different incentives according to their differences.When using incentives,you should be flexible,have a fair attitude,adopt a moderate incentive frequency,create a good incentive atmosphere,and promote the healthy growth of students.
