The development of information technology has promoted transformation of educational concepts, approaches and forms, and has led to the more diversification of educational methods. The network teaching platform has become a new choice for higher education to innovate teaching mode and improve teaching method, providing learners with learning convenience across time and across regions. At present, many colleges have invested a lot of time and energy in platform development and resource construction, but have not paid enough attention to the design of learning atmosphere and activities, which leads to poor learning behavior and decline of learners'motivation. Therefore, promoting students, continuous engagement in online learning is a key issue that needs to be solved urgently.Incentive teaching in traditional classrooms can stimulate students' subjective initiative and enthusiasm, and improve teaching effect. So how does teaching incentive strategy in online environment can affect learners'behavioral engagement? This issue is studied in the paper.Based on the above-mentioned problem, this study constructed motivation strategies in the cloud classroom environment based on motivation theory and incentive theory,as well as the research status of teaching incentives in traditional and online situations.Teaching is carried out in the form of intervention to explores the level of teaching incentives perceived by learners, and the impact of perceived teaching incentives on learners'behavioral engagement,so as to provide strategies for teachers to improve teaching and stimulate students'continuous excellent learning behaviors in the cloud classroom environment. This paper adopts the quasi-experimental research method to conduct a teaching experiment on a course in the cloud classroom.Compile the perceived teaching incentives scale and behavioral engagement scale to implement questionnaire survey and quantitatively analyze the data.Qualitative analysis was made by observing the frequency and duration of learners' logins, resource visits and online discussion quantity in the cloud classroom. The study draws the following conclusions:First, the effect of different dimensions of teaching incentives on behavioral engagement, that is,interaction and praise incentive have the greatest influence on learners' interaction, and teachers' emotional care also has a certain impact on students' interactive enthusiasm;feedback and evaluation incentives have a better effect on the participation of learners in learning tasks.Second, from the perspective of participation, persistence, and interaction,at the level of participation, the primary factor affecting participation is feedback and evaluation incentives, followed by interaction and praise incentive; In the persistence dimension, the influence of feedback and evaluation incentive on maintaining students'continuous learning is higher than that of interaction and praise incentive; The order of incentive factors affecting interaction is:interaction and praise incentive, feedback and evaluation incentive and emotional care incentive. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter puts forward the research problems and significance on the basis of research background, analyzes the research objectives and work to be carried out,and clarifies the research ideas and methods to be adopted. The second chapter describes the basis of behavioral engagement, incentive and motivation theory, and summarizes the research status of teaching incentives, behavioral engagement and the correlation between them.In the third chapter,on the premise of teaching incentives in traditional classroom and online courses, the teaching incentives under the cloud classroom environment is constructed based on the platform characteristics and relevant theories. And the experimental subjects, research process, and measurement scales were clarified to lay the foundation for the follow-up experiment. The fourth chapter explores the perceived teaching incentives, behavioral engagement through descriptive statistics and regression analysis,as well as the impact of perceived teaching incentives on behavioral engagement.By observing the frequency and duration of learners' logins, resource visits and online discussion quantity, the paper shows the effect of incentives on learners' behavior changes more intuitively, which makes the research results more persuasive. The fifth chapter summarizes the research results, contributions and innovations of the paper?reflects on the room for improvement, and points out the direction for further research.
