| With the development of economy and society,China has entered a new era.Among them,education has also made great progress.A new round of basic education curriculum reform(hereinafter referred to as the "new curriculum reform")is being carried out in an orderly way.The level of cultural education of the school-age population in China has been greatly improved,and the scientific and cultural quality and ideological and moral cultivation have been significantly improved.It should be noted that with the deepening of the new curriculum reform,some problems begin to emerge,mainly in the teaching environment,especially some rural junior high school students’ moral and legal literacy is not high,lack of legal awareness and public morality.Due to the influence of classroom environment,campus environment,social environment and new media environment,the ideological and moral level of rural junior middle school students is generally lower than the urban level,which brings some problems such as dropout of rural junior middle school students,bottleneck of personal growth of junior middle school students,lack of specialization of rural morality and rule of law teachers,lack of family education of rural students and so on.Although there are many achievements in studying the teaching environment of morality and rule of law,there are few for rural areas.Therefore,it is self-evident that it is important to narrow the scope to rural areas and help improve the ideological and moral level of rural students.The three-year compulsory education in junior high school is a transitional period for some junior high school dropout students to go to the society.Therefore,the education environment of morality and rule of law in this stage is particularly important.Morality and rule of law course is different from science and engineering,which bears the function of educating people.Since ancient times,there has been a saying that "virtue is the essence.";Only those who are rich can be used;We can see the importance of Ideological and moral education to people’s growth.The ideological and political education must be carried out in a certain teaching environment.Besides the influence of family education and living environment,the improvement of students’ Ideological and moral level mainly depends on the situation of Ideological and moral education.Each subject in junior middle school has its own emphasis,which corresponds to the students’ Ideological and moral level.The course of morality and rule of law organically integrates many aspects,such as morality,mental health,law and national conditions.Junior high school students are in the life stage of immature mental development and high plasticity.Therefore,we attach importance to and solve the problems in the teaching environment of morality and rule of law in rural junior high schools,It is important and urgent to promote the improvement of students’ Ideological and moral level and narrow the gap between urban and rural junior high school students’ moral and legal level.The author will also take the teaching environment as the research object,analyze the classroom environment,campus environment,social environment and new media environment,and find the existing problems and optimization path,so as to promote people’s attention to the teaching environment of moral and rule of law course in rural junior middle schools,improve the teaching effect and strengthen the educational function of moral and rule of law course. |
