The influence of "primary school teachers" is not only on schools and students,but also on national politics,economy and culture.However,there are still many problems in the identity and identity of primary school teachers,which need us to further explore and think.This paper mainly adopts the methods of text analysis,in-depth interview and narrative research in qualitative research.The main content of this paper includes the introduction,research design and the description of the teaching field of several teachers,what I have taught,what I have taught,how I teach,who I am and conclusion: the self reflection of this study consists of seven parts.The first part: the introduction mainly introduces the reason of the topic,literature review,the purpose and significance of the research,the definition of the concept,research methods and so on.This part mainly introduces the design and implementation of the research,including the selection of research ideas and samples,the description of the field and the characterization of relevant characters.The third part: what did I teach? This part mainly starts from the real teaching life of the three "small subjects"teachers in the countryside of music,sports and beauty,and elaborates this part in detail in the way of narration,presenting the "key events".The fourth part: what "I" taught,this part is mainly through the three rural "small subject" teachers' Reflection on the real teaching life,so as to understand the current situation of "small subject"teaching,and listen to the real voice from the bottom of the heart of rural "small subject" Teachers.The fifth part:"I" how to teach,this part is mainly through the music,sports and beauty of Rural three "small subject" teachers' teaching situation description,showing the rural three "small subject" teachers' views and views on the subjects.The sixth part: "I" who,this part from the practice of the legal identity of teachers,"good teacher" standard and reality,"small subject" teachers "lack and marginalization of these three angles to confirm their identity.The seventh part: conclusion: the self reflection of this study,this part is mainly the reflection of researchers on themselves and the research process.In this paper,through the exploration of the identity of three rural "small subject" teachers,to more comprehensively show the status quo and the real face of the identity of rural "small subject" teachers.It further broadens the field of identity research.It provides a new perspective for "teacher identity" in the field of education.I hope I can contribute to the construction of rural "small subject" teachers in our country.
