The labor education quality of primary and secondary school teachers is a discussion on the quality of primary and secondary school teachers in penetrating labor education and carrying out labor education in their activities.The labor education discussed in this thesis is one kind of penetration in the discipline,the other kind is the special activity,the teacher's labor education quality is the component of the teacher's professional quality.This study,through literature research method,text analysis method and interview method,through the relevant theoretical reference and labor education policy extracted from the teacher's labor education literacy index and the real needs of primary and secondary school teachers,developed a framework for the analysis of primary and secondary school teachers' labor education literacy,and holds that labor education requires primary and secondary school teachers to have labor education beliefs,labor education knowledge and skills,and labor education management ability,teachers have labor education literacy to better meet the needs of teachers in the new era of labor education.Then enter the primary and secondary schools to choose education administrators,first-line primary and secondary school teachers for the research object to conduct in-depth interviews to understand the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers' labor education literacy.The study found that the teacher's emphasis on labor education is different in the school section.The degree of attention that schools attach to labor education will affect the degree to which teachers pay attention to labor education.Many teachers regard labor education as manual labor and training of students' labor skills;Teacher's low labor literacy will cause bad demonstration to students;Every teacher should consciously implement labor education in primary and secondary schools.The reasons why the level of labor education literacy of primary and secondary school teachers is not high are affected by many aspects,the main reasons are the following:The current education evaluation system is difficult to change the focus of teachers' attention;lack of measures to cultivate and motivate teachers to develop their labor education literacy;Lack of teacher training to integrate the relevant content of labour education.On the basis of the results of the study,the author tries to discuss the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the educational literacy of primary and secondary school teachers from the three angles of government,school and teachers themselves,and at the government level can establish the evaluation and monitoring labor system for the implementation of labor education in primary and secondary schools,further clarify the requirements of labor education literacy of primary and secondary school teachers,and plan and implement the labor education training for primary and secondary school teachers;The school level can create a hard environment and soft environment for labor education,carry out interdisciplinary integration of labor education curriculum system construction,carry out teachers to carry out labor education school-based training;The teacher level can strengthen professional learning,improve the practice of labor education and strengthen the reflection of action.
