The demand for ideological and political theory course of college students is the motivation for them to participate in ideological and political teaching activities.In daily learning,such demand promotes the students to work hard and to master the relevant theoretical knowledge,which will enrich their knowledge and value.However,the teaching of ideological and political theory courses has not achieved a satisfying result.Many students think this course is a "leisure lessons" and take it inactively.Now colleges and universities are welcoming a new group of students who are called "post-00s"(people who born after the year of 2000).Because there are some differences between the post-00 s and other students who born before the post-00 s in their characteristics and living environment,the demand for ideological and political theory courses is also changing.In order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of teaching in ideological and political theory courses,it should be combined with the real needs of "post-00s" students.Therefore,the study on the demand for ideological and political theory courses of "post-00s" students could be based on the needs of these students and some relevant measures could be taken to meet their needs for these courses and the effectiveness of these courses can be improved.Qualitative research was used in this research,and the selection of sample was based on the difference of the target.In this study,a qualitative research method was used to select samples based on differences.Through in-depth interviews with the research subjects,the selection of samples was stopped when the research information reached saturation.In this way,21 "post-00" college students were selected and rich first-hand information was obtained.Next,on the basis of the research paradigm of grounded theory and Nvivo12 which is the qualitative research software,the above information was encoded and analyzed.Finally,the demand and influencing factors of "post-00s" college students were found.Through the analysis,it is found that the demand for ideological and political theory courses by "post-00s" college students includes the following four aspects: From the level of demands,there are basic needs to complete the academic studies and advanced needs to achieve self-development.From the attributes of demands,there is a life-meaning of needs for free development and a social demand for mastering social order.From the ways to meet demands,there is a need for perceptual teaching methods and a rational teaching method.From the process of realizing the demands,there are technical needs that focus on teaching manipulation and artistic needs that emphasize infection.The needs of "post-00s" college students for ideological and political theory courses have the following characteristics:pragmatism,diversification,rationalization,and subjectivity.According to the current status for the demands,the reasons that affect the demand for ideological and political theory courses of "post-00s" college students are analyzed.The analysis shows that there are three main factors that affect the current situation of the demand for ideological and political theory courses of "post-00s" college students: First of all,the characteristics of the “post-00s” college student group are the main factor.Second,the teacher factor which mainly includes teachers’ quality and teaching methods.Among them,some students think there is positive side that meets their own requirements.However,there are also negative side the students hope teachers improve.These factors affect the demands of "post-00s" college students for ideological and political theory courses.Finally,environmental factors.Environmental factors include three aspects: family environment,school environment and social environment.These factors jointly affect the "post-00" college students from different aspects,so that they form the status quo of the demand for ideological and political theory courses.Based on the factors that affect the status quo of ideological and political theory courses of college students "post-00s",and combined with the demand for ideological and political theory courses of "post-00" college students,the author proposes countermeasures to effectively improve the teaching effect of the ideological and political theory courses.First of all,the teachers should establish the teaching philosophy of teaching for demands,starting from the actual needs of students and combining teaching content to teach.That is based on the pragmatic needs of post-00 college students to increase students’ familiarity and proficiency in ideological and political theory courses.Based on the diversification of needs,the teacher should improve the attractiveness of ideological and political theory courses to "post-00s" college students.Based on the rationalization of the demand,the logic of ideological and political theory teaching and the persuasiveness of ideological and political theory should be improved.And based on the subjectivity of needs,raise the emotional temperature of ideological and political theory teaching.Second,the external environment of ideological and political theory teaching should be optimized.That is,to optimize the family environment of ideological and political theory education,to improve the relevant system of ideological and political theory education,to optimize the social environment of ideological and political theory education,so that it is conducive to the cultivation of ideological and political quality of "post-00" college students and promote the teaching effect of ideological and political theory course.
