To deepen the comprehensive reform in the field of basic education,primary and secondary schools are required to take the improvement of students’ core qualities as the basic guidance of education and teaching.Curriculum is the carrier of the educational function of the school and an important way to improve the core quality of students,hence it is the requirement of the new era for primary and secondary education and the inevitable choice for the sustainable development of schools to construct a curriculum system conducive to the comprehensive and personalized growth of students and realize the service upgrade of education supplyThe curriculum construction of the academic school is an exploration of the reform of curriculum supply mode based on the cultivation of students’ core qualities under the background of collectivization.For one thing,it builds a more flexible,operable and useful layered curriculum system as a whole for students of all group member schools.For another,with all activities in the school that are conducive to the comprehensive and personalized growth of students regarded as the curriculum,the system makes it possible to build an education ecological environment that is suitable for the growth,development and improvement of each life,so as to realize the overall effect of curriculum construction.On the basis of the traditional curriculum system of the experimental school,this study adopts the research methods of action research,literature research,investigation and research to build an overall educational curriculum system that conforms to the spirit of the education reform and the development needs of the school.Form the curriculum structure of three stages and six aspects.Based on the further optimization of the experimental school curriculum management system,it forms a management organizational framework of three departments and nine centers to provide guarantee for the construction of the curriculum system.Based on the development and improvement of the experimental school teaching system,it explores the classroom culture which is dominated by the improvement of students’ core qualities,and promotes the development and implementation of the curriculum.Based on the continuous deepening of experimental school curriculum construction,it explores the construction of teacher development community and promotes the sustainable development of the school.Based on the system construction of homework,examination,core quality evaluation scale,class observation and evaluation,a new path of curriculum evaluation of Academically oriented schools is formed.Up to now,a series of researches and achievements on the construction of the overall education curriculum system have not only optimized its structure,where students from all member schools of the group can share the layered curriculum,but also stage by stage to achieve the linking education,the creation of cross-disciplinary comprehensive courses,moral courses,practical courses and other special courses,forming the group brand effect.Significantly,the studies and results also enable the supply of curriculum resources to meet the new needs of individualized development of students at different levels under the large scale education and the construction of a teacher learning community model within the group,thanks to the new system,meets the requirements of teacher development under the mission of cultivating people with morality,and forms a high-quality,professional and innovative teacher reform team,so that the core quality can be truly realized.The works assist to deepen the reform of separation of management and assessment and further strengthen regional educational cooperation and opening-up in both intensity and breadth as well.The achievements of curriculum construction are fruitful including promoting the group of the teaching quality,stimulating the motive force of teachers’ development in the schools of different levels,enhancing the individual development of students,improving the sense of gain and satisfaction of local people and providing the practical experience for running schools regionally in a collectivized mode to realize the educational equity to a certain extent.
