Running a school in group has had an adequate practice and research in China,which has become an important measure in current education revolution.A majority of experts and scholars have extensively and deeply analyzed its meanings,effect,problems and measures.I,as one of the administrators of its core school,deeply realize that establishment and development of its core school is the key to fail and succeed by personally running a school in group for several years.Core school of running a school in group is dominated by quality education,which is characterized by exemplary role and leading.There are some main features.Firstly,it has a leading of stronger influence on areas and school will be recognized by society and parents.Secondly,teaching staff possesses a stronger cultivation ability,which enables school of member cultivating administrators and backbone teachers.Simultaneously,it don't affect itself development and keep its follow-up force.Thirdly,there are stronger educating,teaching,administrative guiding capacity as well as integration,coordination and planning of group.Fourthly,it emphasizes itself growth and innovation in school management courses.Students' activities and others own themselves' characters.Core school is its core power and original force,which plays a crucial role in group,whose development relates whether group promotion is failed and successful.It owns a nuclear status because it dominates the top in group member.There are two reasons to decide its high position.One is its quality of running a school;the other is its radiating capacity.Quality of running a school possesses determinative meanings in various schools of member,which is appeal of core school.This text attempts to discuss practical thinking of collectivization of basic education and school in the way of establishing a high position.As for core position,establishment practice and developmental strategies of Sha Zi Tang primary school in its education group,these will be analyzed and summarized in the text.Besides,it will provide advice for department in charge in cultivating and developing core schools.The research mainly adopts experience summary to fully refer to school history of Sha Zi Tang primary school and to combing its process history,which concludes“the four driving force” of core school development and four advantages of running aschool in group.It adopts interview survey and questionnaire to visit group's branches and group's major administration,so such measures as its model of running school,management between teachers and students,way of education and characteristics show have been known and emphasis of running a school and way of promotion has been extracted.It adopts the literature research method to get hold of seminar dynamics abroad and domestically.Literature information is referred by HowNet and other professional platforms.It provides a theoretical framework and approach to course theme to combine existing original research results and experience lessons.Basic conclusions:1、The basic strategies of core school running a school in group generalize “the four driving forces”.They are growing education that persists in right and long-term education philosophy,“Sanji ” culture that sticks to scientific and hight-efficiency team building,three kinds of courses that persevere in innovative and effective course reformation and sun management turning train that insist on connotation and growth talent cultivation.2 、 The major developmental problems of its core school are involved with external and internal sides.The former is framework default of group,unclearness of organizational relation and heavy burden on core school,and the latter is huge talent gap and hardware environment.3、The sustainable development strategies of its core school are mainly combing its organization relation,perfecting management mechanics,facilitating brand radiating and ensuring talents supply. |
