| With the deepening of reform and opening up,China’s economy has further developed,especially the arrival of the fourth scientific and technological revolution represented by big data,artificial intelligence,5G,Internet of Things,etc.The development of the country has put forward a higher requirement of talents training.In2013,the country began to reform the college entrance examination system.In 2014,it issued a new reform plan for college entrance examination.In 2017,it issued the "Geography Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(2017 Edition)",which proposed core literacy,and required the cultivation of regional cognition,comprehensive thinking,human-earth coordination view and geographical practice.At present,the new curriculum reform and the new college entrance examination are in full swing,and homework,as an important part of the teaching process,should also be reformed under the guidance of core literacy.This article sorts out the proposal,connotation,characteristics,and performance of the core literacy of geography subject,and summarizes the domestic and foreign research on the meaning,types,specific forms,and function of homework and geography homework.And discuss the characteristics of geography tasks under the core literacy of the subject.On the basis of referring to related homework questionnaires,combined with the actual situation of this research,the survey questionnaires and interview outlines of senior high school were compiled.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 420 students from Chengbei Middle School in Zhongjiang County,and 5 geography teachers were interviewed.The study found that,as far as the subject of geography itself is concerned,moststudents have a strong interest in it,and they can basically recognize the role of geography homework,and they also agree to do geography homework.However,when investigating the degree of preference for current geography homework,many students are not satisfied with the current geography homework and lack interest in the current geography homework.In the survey of the quantity and difficulty of geography operations,it reflects that the geography homework quantity is large,the difficulty is inappropriate,and not very specific.In the survey of the effects of the operations,it is basically considered to achieve a certain effect,but the efficiency is too low,and it is more discouraging for students to learn geography,so they are easily bored in learning.In the interviews with the teachers,it is found that teachers also basically realize that the implementation of geography assignments needs to be reformed,but due to many internal and external reasons,they still have not made substantial changes.This causes problems such as single operation goals,limited functions,and low efficiency.Based on the above questionnaire survey and interview results,this article mainly analyzes the causes of problems from the teacher and student levels.From the perspective of teachers,there are mainly reasons such as teachers’ internal concepts,professionalism,and motivation for change.The reasons for teachers’ external schools,evaluation by the Education Bureau,and ways for teachers to improve themselves are also analyzed.From the perspective of students,there are mainly reasons.For example,students’ cognitive level and cognitive style,and the lack of motivation and interest of students.Next,this article puts forward some targeted measures for the problems,In order to provide some ideas and methods to solve the problems,and to promote the reform of high school geography homework.The measures mainly are to firmly establish the concept that students are the subject of learning;to determine the amount,difficulty,and form of assignments based on the actual level of students;to assign different types of assignments to focus on the many goals of educating people,not just to attend an exam;it is necessary to strengthen the management of homework and formulate reward and punishment mechanisms;teachers should continue to learn to improve their professional quality and professional level;it is necessary to change the assessment mechanism to clarify the comprehensiveness of morality,intelligence,physical education,beauty and labor in the new era development of. |
