With the acceleration of the popularization and universalization of higher education,promoting the connotative development of higher education,which is the key to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching,has become the focus of higher education construction and development.And basic-level teaching organizations,as the most basic organizational unit that combines teaching with research closely,play an irreplaceable organizational support role in improving teaching quality,promoting teaching reform,and cultivating teachers.Its construction and development are not only related to the sustainable development of colleges and universities,but also of great significance to promote the construction of high-level undergraduate education and the cultivation of first-class talents.Therefore,how to construct a reasonable and scientific basic-level teaching organization,stimulate its vitality and unite its spirit,has become an important topic to improve teaching quality in colleges and universities.This research takes basic-level teaching organizations of University A as the research object.Through questionnaire survey and related text collected,it is found that there are some problems included: First,these organizations has an improper structure,leading to its limited effectiveness;Second,teaching and research functions are weakening so that teaching and research results are poor;Third,the structure of teachers is not balanced,restraining development of teaching ability;Forth,members of the organization discrete,lacking cooperation spirit;Fifth,absence of organizational system results in poor organization operation.To effectively strengthen the construction of basic-level teaching organizations and promote the connotative development of undergraduate education,It is necessary to make overall planning and expand external support for the organization;strengthen the academic concept of teaching and create an atmosphere where teaching is valued and adored;improve the function of basic-level teaching organizations and promote the normalization of teaching and research activities;optimize the structure of the teaching staff and play the role of teaching teachers;strengthen the construction of organizational systems and perfect the organizational operation mechanism.
