It is the starting point and the foothold of Chinese higher education to realize the connotative development. In our country, the construction and operation condition of the basic-level teaching organization has become the concerns of the higher education. in our country. Under this background, it is of great practical significance to strengthen the research on the construction of the basic-level teaching organization in colleges and universities. This study takes the basic-level teaching organization of Huazhong agricultural university as the research object.Firstly, combined with the knowledge of education and management science, this research uses the literature analysis method to review and analysis of related research at home and abroad, and has carried on the definition to the related concept, elaborated the developing situation and theoretical basis of the basic-level teaching organization. Secondly, through the comprehensive use of questionnaire survey and interview method, we carry out a systematic investigation of the current construction situation of the basic-level teaching organization of Huazhong agricultural university. On the basis of understanding it’s present situation, we come to the conclusion that there are some obvious problems in the process of the construction of the basic-level teaching organization. The problems are as follows: organizational settings need to be optimized, poor teaching and teaching-research achievements, funding remains to be strengthened, teacher team needs toe improved, organizational mechanism remains to be perfect. Finally, in order to improve the education quality and promote the connotative development of colleges and universities, this paper based on the study of the current situation of Huazhong agricultural university puts forward suggestions and strategies for the construction of the basic-level teaching organization in colleges and universities from five aspects. The specific measures are as follows: overall planning, optimize the organization’s internal settings; straighten out the relations, improve the efficiency of organization activities; open source throttling, promote the optimizing configuration of resources; build a platform, create first-class teaching staff; deepen reform, improve the distribution of power and responsibility mechanism. |
