Construction And Practice Of The Endurable Quality Of Teaching In The Local Universities

The Local universities are the important and main Constitute part of the higher education system in our country. The Local universities is confronted with the challenges coming from itself and the external world in the present, it is important and urgent how to structure the endurable quality of teaching so as to improve it continuingly in the mass higher education.The article has discussed the inside ensurable system of improving quality of teaching effectively under the mass higher education by the Research methods such as looking the document, comparing and analyzing the case. It has put out the fundamental system frame of the quality of teaching in the inside universities, and introduced the practices and effects of the inside ensurable system in Ji Shou university, which is taken as demonstration, beginning with by the problem of teaching quality ,according to the total quality management TQM principle , ISO9000 quality level and system scientific theory, on the basic of absorbing from the successful experience and method at home and abroad, which may be provided directions and lessons.The Study is the summary that the author has met in the process of manages practice, which maybe have important significance and practical value for the Local universities to Solve the problems about the Quality of teaching that have been meet or will come across in the future, and structure the ensurable system in the inside of quality of teaching effectively.
