The outline of the national medium and long term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)includes "high compulsory education quality,improving basic standards and monitoring system of audio,sports and aesthetic education quality".The high-quality physical education teaching environment has an irreplaceable driving force for the physical and mental health development of young children and the quality of physical education teaching.In this paper,through the investigation,to understand the current situation of physical education teaching environment in primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province,to find out the reasons for the differences and problems,combined with three rounds of expert questionnaire survey and interview consultation,finally determine the weight of each index,solve the scientific problem of physical education teaching environment index in primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province,and put forward suggestions for improving the situation of physical education teaching environment in primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province The conclusion is as follows1.The evaluation system of physical education teaching environment in primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province has its own complexity.Three first-class indicators,10 second-class indicators and 24 third-class indicators have been established in Liaoning Province.2.The evaluation indexes of physical education teaching environment in primary and secondary schools are organically related.We should fully integrate the favorable factors in the evaluation index system,so as to "compensate" the unfavorable factors.3.The construction of evaluation index system of physical education teaching environment in primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province is particularly important,which provides a quantitative standard for the optimization of physical education teaching environment.4.The construction of sports environment index system has practical guiding significance,can guide teaching work more scientifically,and provide reference for relevant management departments and physical education teachers.Facing the problems in the construction of sports environment in Liaoning Province,the following suggestions are put forward1.Construct the evaluation system of information-based physical education teaching environment,make full use of the information-based campus platform,and promote the completion of the structured evaluation system.2.The evaluation standard of physical education teaching environment is determined,the rationality of environment construction is analyzed,the data are used scientifically,the systematic evaluation standard is determined and the strict grade system is formulated.3.Including the use of existing conditions to explore future resources.Starting from the waste of teaching resources and insufficient supply,we should strengthen the construction of physical education material environment.4.Give full play to regional advantages and set up characteristic courses.Taking advantage of regional,climate,national characteristics and other advantages,set up a variety of courses to carry forward the campus sports culture.5.Increase the optimization of teacher resources to improve the quality of physical education.We should improve the teacher’s incentive system and assessment system,give full play to the "guiding role of public opinion" and "role model" of physical education teachers,and pay attention to the construction of students’ psychological environment.6.Set up sports associations to promote sports learning atmosphere.To create a comprehensive environment for students’ sports development,such as sports atmosphere,learning atmosphere and interpersonal relationship.psychological environment. |
