| Physics is a very important subject,and it is also a subject that most students are troubled by in middle school.Besides,junior middle school physics is the basic stage for students to learn physics.However,as physics is a special subject combined with theoretical knowledge and experimental operation in teaching,it is particularly important in practical teaching to improve students’ interest in physics learning,to establish physics learning thinking for students,so that students will not be affected by examination-oriented education leading to bad learning results.Teachers are the first resource of education.Since ancient times,teachers have been responsible for preaching,teaching and solving problems.People have high expectations and evaluations of teachers.As a Chinese saying goes,"to learn is to be a teacher and to be a teacher",teachers in today’s society are shouldering the historical mission to train talents to adapt to the modern society.Every teacher is placed in front of the important question of how to improve their teaching ability and be a competent and popular teacher for students.Therefore,the author decided to study the problems existing in the teaching ability of physics teachers and explore effective improvement strategies.Based on the questionnaire survey and interview survey in this city,the author makes an in-depth study of the current situation of physics teachers’ teaching ability and the countermeasures to effectively improve the teaching ability of junior middle school physics teachers.The main issues studied in this paper include what teaching ability junior middle school physics teachers should have,the present situation of teaching ability of junior middle school physics teachers and the main problems existing in the development of the research,and the effective ways and strategies for how to improve the teaching ability of junior middle school physics teachers.In this study,the author first analyzes the research background and research significance and puts forward the problems of this study.Then,the author defines the main problems of this study and introduces the theoretical basis used in this study.Thus,a questionnaire was designed to investigate the current situation and existing problems of the teaching ability of junior middle school physics teachers in Urumqi by alternately conducting questionnaire survey and interview survey.The data obtained during the survey were statistically analyzed to analyze the current situation of the teaching ability of junior middle school physics teachers and the causes of existing problems.Through the analysis of the results found basic literacy is uneven in junior middle school physics teachers,some of the young teachers because of lack of teaching materials and physics curriculum standard familiarity,teaching time is shorter,leading to lack of experience in teaching,the lack of classroom emergency treatment method,and some teaching teachers for a longer time due to the long-term repeatability,single teaching methods,boring,unable to attract the students interest;Secondly,due to the relatively simple physics knowledge in junior middle school and too little communication between physics teachers,mechanized teaching makes the beauty of physics ambiguous,leading to occupational burnout in teaching.Furthermore,the exam-oriented education has a serious impact on students,and the "infusing" teaching method makes them tired.Finally,the professional development of physics teachers also exists the phenomenon of vanity.According to the above questions,the author gives reasonable Suggestions from four aspects,namely,improving the basic quality of junior middle school physics teachers,improving the ability of study students,change the concept of education,and independent development of physics teachers’ teaching ability.Then,practical operation is carried out according to the Suggestions to verify the effectiveness of the strategy.Through the implementation of the teaching,the author of the class before and after the experiment results are compared,the corresponding results,analysis of the success and shortcomings.Finally,this study is summarized. |
