Scientific Research On The Arrangement Of Senior High School Students' Seats

Student seat arrangement is an important part of class management.Whether the seat arrangement is scientific and reasonable directly affects the efficiency of class teaching,the quality of students' growth and the efficiency of class management.But at present,due to the low attention of class teachers and subject teachers to the arrangement of student seats,the importance of student seat arrangement is not in place,leading to the current student seat arrangement is not scientific and reasonable,there are still many problems,it is urgent to put forward scientific layout scheme and suggestions for student seat arrangement with the help of scientific education theory.The research of student seat arrangement based on the background of senior high school is to explore the arrangement mode of student seat from the aspects of physical and mental development characteristics,individual differences and interpersonal relationship of high school students,combined with seat form and education and teaching practice.Through the methods of literature research,comparison,questionnaire survey,interview,observation and case study,I carried out a survey on the student seat arrangement of Xiangyun No.1 middle school,and found that there are many problems in the student seat arrangement.The head teacher does not pay attention to the student seat arrangement,the student seat arrangement does not conform to the education fairness,and the seat arrangement cannot meet the needs of students In terms of fixed seats,arrangement according to grades,lagging behind in seat arrangement and ignoring students' ideas,etc.The root cause of the problem lies in the backward educational concept.At the same time,the severe pressure of college entrance examination and the crowded classroom environment aggravate the unreasonable arrangement of students' seats and restrict the scientific development of students' seat arrangement.According to the problems existing in the arrangement of student seats in Xiangyun No.1 middle school,we need to work together to explore a more scientific way of student seat arrangement.
