| The group cooperative learning is a reform to the traditional classroom teaching way. It now has been widely used in classroom teaching. Many heterogeneous groups are used as its basic form,promoting the students collaborate learning, and helping reaching learning goals. The purpose is to cultivate students’ ability of team cooperation spirit and innovative thinking.To ensure the cooperative learning groups work smoothly, the first thing to do is to divide the class into groups, and then make feasible seat form. Different ways of division, as well as the different group of seat put form will affect the result of cooperative learning. To analyze of the cooperation study group seat form and cooperation effect mechanism, this study compiled the middle school classroom cooperative learning group of three sets of related questionnaires. They are the grouping and seat form in the process of the present situation, the students’ cooperative learning intention and cooperation satisfaction evaluation. Using these three sets of questionnaires respectively to carry out the analysis of the relationship between the cooperation study group seat form and cooperation effect.Combined the questionnaire results, basic conclusions are as following:First, the current of group cooperative learning subjects mainly are Chinese, Maths, English and Science.Second, the number of cooperative learning group is mainly 4, 2, sometimes 6.Third, there are many ways of grouping nowadays, such as students freely grouping, the teacher arranged, seat nearby, according to the principle and so on. Present situation of grouping and the students’ intention of grouping is different.Fourth, the majority seat forms are grouping based on classic nursery bed system.Fifth, the status quo of seat restructuring frequency is once in every semester. But students prefer restructuring more every semester.Sixth, the evaluaters of cooperative learning are mainly teachers and students. They judge mainly according to the results and the process of the cooperation. Students intend to judge according to the team spirit.According to the results of questionnaire, this paper analyzes the division of grouping, the number of team members, seat arrangements, reorganization frequency and evaluation function, in order to study these five aspects’ effects to group cooperation. At last, this paper give suggestions of improving the efficiency of cooperative learning as division of grouping should be in stages,self-independence and diversification. Seat form should have connotation and facilitation. Team division and the number should be explicit and reasonable. Restructuring should be normalized and combinable. Evaluation should be diversified and comprehensive. |
