The Key Competencies is the essential character and the key ability which the student forms gradually in the study process,adapts the individual life-long development.The essence of subject Key Competencies is the stable psychological adjustment mechanism for students to successfully complete the cognitive and problem-solving activities of learning understanding,applying practice and transferring innovation,namely,students' subject ability.Therefore,the development of subject ability is also the requirement for the development of students' key literacy.Physics teaching is a basic way to achieve the goal of cultivating the core quality of physics and to develop the ability of physics subject.In the teaching of physics experiment in Senior High School,it is a relatively new and breakthrough research direction to evaluate the performance of student subject ability and search for effective teaching methods to develop physics subject ability.Based on the background,this paper determines that the content of the research on the ability of physics is one of the compulsory experiments and research activities of the People's Education Press,and under the guidance of the learning progressions,based on the ADDIE model,the teaching design of four experiments which are required by people's education press is carried out.In order to test the validity and feasibility of the advanced learning theory in the practice of developing the ability of physics subject,this paper selects two classes with the same grade in senior one as the experimental class and the control class,two classes for a semester of teaching practice research.The results show that: according to the students' pre-test under the background of the learning progressions,the physics ability of the students of grade one at a low level.After a semester of advanced-level teaching experiments,the proportion of students who are at level 1 is reduced,according to the post-test results of students in the context of the core activity theme,it shows that the overall ability of the physics discipline has been improved.Parallel contrast,the experimentalclass of the subject capacity,especially in the transfer of innovation capacity to improve the greater.In general,after a semester of high school students study,the core activities on the subject of physics ability to improve is effective.
