Punishment and appreciation are two different and opposite means of education,with the same purpose and different functions,that is complementary and indispensable.The education of appreciation and punishment coexists is the complete education.However,in today's popularity of appreciation education and positive education,the mention of punishment education is daunting,not every child can abide by discipline,moderate rules,children are growing up in constant mistakes,in the process of growth should have praise education and criticism education.Teachers in charge of classes use disciplinary education means to correct children's wrong behavior,so that they can clearly recognize their mistakes,so as to correct mistakes,and constantly improve themselves.This dissertation is combined by four chapters.The introduction part clarifies the reasons for the author's choice of disciplinary education,analyses the research content,value and significance of the application of disciplinary education in primary school class management,and puts forward the research ideas and methods,as well as the research situation at home and abroad.Chapter 1:Explain the concepts of class management,punishment,education punishment,corporal punishment,disguised corporal punishment and analyze the theoretical basis of punishment education.Chapter 2:Through the survey of education disciplinary practices in a primary school,I found the practice of education disciplinary status:education discipline can be practiced in different ways,teachers,students and parents have different recognition about disciplinary measures exists,and the implementation of the education on the three disciplinary reasons there is a certain or more severe cognitive biases.Chapter 3 focuses on the problems of educational punishment in class management:first,teachers have insufficient understanding of the connotation of educational punishment;second,The object of educational punishment is deviated;third,The subjectivity of educational punishment is strong;fourth,the method of educational punishment is not good and the reasons are analyzed as follows:first,teachers have insufficient understanding of the connotation of educational punishment;second,insufficient communication between teachers and parents;third,there are no special legal and regulatory guidance;fourth,lack of disciplinary standards and enforcement rules.Chapter 4:By comprehensively clarifying the connotation and purpose of disciplinary education,and using the implementation strategies of disciplinary education,to elaborate the application of disciplinary education in primary school class management.
