The sense of belonging is a positive emotional experience,and the sense of belonging of teachers is an important factor affecting the stability of teachers.Research shows that the sense of belonging of teachers plays an important role in the job burnout,responsibility,job performance and career adaptation of teachers.New teachers are the source of teachers,affecting the quality and level of teachers,the sense of belonging of new teachers plays an important role in the construction of individual teachers and teachers.However,there are few researches on the sense of belonging of new teachers,especially in primary schools.Female teachers account for the majority of primary school teachers,and the feminization trend of young teachers is increasing.Therefore,the author focuses the research object on the new female teachers in primary schools.The sense of belonging is an abstract concept,and belonging needs a certain object.Therefore,after referring to previous studies and the particularity of teachers' profession,the author divides the sense of belonging of teachers into two dimensions according to different belonging objects:the sense of belonging of profession and the sense of belonging of school.The main line of this paper is discussed from these two dimensions.First of all,this study adopts the narrative research method and uses the maximal difference information saturation method to select four new female teachers in primary schools for in-depth interviews and obtain a large number of research materials.Secondly,on the basis of sorting out the data,the narrative is carried out from the key points of the new female teachers' career choice,employment process,entry and unforgettable life stories,and strives to fully show the perception and experience of the career of the new female teachers in primary schools.On this basis,this paper specifically analyzes the status,generating process and psychological mechanism of the new female teachers' professional belonging and school belonging.Then it analyzes the main sources of the new female teachers' professional sense of belonging and school sense of belonging.Among them,the sense of belonging mainly comes from the attraction of the occupation itself,the individual's love for the occupation of primary school teachers,the care and]ove of primary school students for teachers,the common growth and progress of teachers and students,and the recognition and support of parents.School sense of belonging mainly comes from good interpersonal relationship.Then,it analyzes the factors that hinder the generation and strengthening of the new female teachers' professional sense of belonging and school sense of belonging.Among them,the reasons that hinder the sense of belonging of career include the helplessness of passive choice and the fatigue of multiple role transformation;The reasons that hinder the sense of belonging of schools include the big gap between schools and within schools,the problems in school philosophy,the unreasonable management system of schools,and the unfair organization that leads to the unreasonable protection of teachers' interests.Finally,this paper tries to put forward corresponding strategies for these obstacles in order to enhance the sense of belonging of new female teachers in primary schools.Specifically,the strategies to enhance the sense of belonging of teachers include subjectively strengthening individual career planning and taking the initiative to choose the teaching profession,objectively giving good support to new teachers from the external environment;The strategies to enhance teachers' school belonging include strengthening the implementation and improvement of relevant policies,establishing a common vision,and optimizing school management.
