In recent years,the phenomenon of job burnout of primary and secondary school teachers in China has attracted extensive attention,and a large number of investigations on job burnout have emerged.At present,the existing research involves the current situation of teachers’ Job Burnout and the causes of it.The analysis of the causes of teachers’ job burnout mainly focuses on Teachers’ work pressure and teaching efficiency.Based on maslac’s three-dimensional theory,this study investigates teachers’ Job Burnout and sense of belonging,and uses the educational version of mbi-es,which is based on maslac’s three-dimensional theory.Zhou Fanglan,who adapted the sense of belonging questionnaire from Yangze(2009),and Zhou Fanglan,who adapted the sense of belonging questionnaire from school belonging questionnaire 220 teachers of T primary school in Mengzi City,Hezhou were investigated.The relationship between job burnout and sense of belonging was explored by descriptive analysis,variance analysis,t-test,difference analysis and correlation analysis with spss22.0.The results of this study are as follows:(1)T primary school teachers’ school sense of belonging is negatively correlated with job burnout,in the other word,the stronger the sense of belonging,the more likely the teachers are to have a lower sense of job burnout.(2)T primary school teachers’ job burnout is not serious in the middle level,but it is more serious in the dimension of emotional exhaustion;school belonging level is in the upper middle level.(3)There was no significant difference(P > 0.05)or correlation in gender,age,teaching age,marital status,grade taught,number of children raised,etc.but there was significant difference(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05)in the overall level of T primary school teachers’ burnout in different professional titles and whether they were class teachers or not.(4)There was no significant difference(P > 0.05)or correlation in gender,teaching age,the number of children raised,different professional titles,whether they were class teachers or not,but there was significant correlation or difference in different degrees(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05)in age,marital status,grade,etc. |
