With the deepening of education reform,it has become a consensus in the educational circle to improve students' core competence.At present,the concept of subject core competence has been implemented and embodied in the teaching of various subjects in schools,but it is seldom involved in the construction of class culture.As an important position of education,class culture plays an important role in the management of high school education.At the same time,with the advancement of the new college entrance examination reform,the construction of class culture in ordinary high schools is facing new opportunities and challenges.In this context,the author is also thinking about how to better carry out the construction of class culture in ordinary high schools according to the actual situation of schools,classes and students from the perspective of core competence,so as to promote the real improvement of students' core competence.This paper mainly studies the problems existing in the construction of ordinary high school class culture from the perspective of core competence and puts forward the construction strategies for the problems.Taking D High School in Zhongshan City as an example,on the basis of literature research,this paper first provides theoretical support for the construction of class culture in ordinary high schools from the perspective of core competence from four perspectives:theoretical basis,necessity,construction content and development concept.Then,using the questionnaire investigation,case analysis and field interviews and other research methods to some teachers and students of the school representatives to investigate,and analyze the survey data and the interview results summary analysis,then draws the ordinary high school under the perspective of core competence class culture construction mainly exist the following problems:the core accomplishment the flexibility of the new college entrance examination and administration of the immobility of class conflicts;Some teachers do not pay enough attention to the construction of class culture from the perspective of core competence;Some students cannot really participate in the construction of class culture from the perspective of core competence.The reasons are the lack of internal and external environment matching the construction of class culture from the perspective of core competence at school level.The teachers lack the advanced educational concept from the perspective of core competence;Students lack subjective consciousness in the construction of class culture from the perspective of core competence.Aiming at the above problems,in order to improve the current situation and enhance students' core competence through class culture,the author combined with the excellent cases in the interview to put forward the strategies for the construction of ordinary high school class culture from the perspective of core competence.First,from the perspective of the school,the author proposed to create a relaxed and independent environment for the construction of class culture based on core competence.Including from the school level to provide a platform to create external environment and class building platform to create internal environment two aspects.Especially in the aspect of the internal environment of the class,and from the class system,class spirit,class layout three points of view put forward suggestions.Secondly,from the point of view of teachers,it is proposed to promote the sincere cooperation between the head teacher and the section teacher according to the core quality.On the one hand,it is necessary to carry out professional training to strengthen teachers' deep understanding of the core competence concept,on the other hand,.it is necessary to mobilize teachers to improve the content of class culture construction in many aspects.Finally,from the perspective of students,the paper proposes to provide a platform and opportunity for students to play the main role of class culture construction from the perspective of core competence.It includes three aspects:carrying out curricular activities based on core competence points,creating multiple management posts to realize students' independent management and expanding the space and time of class culture construction.The proposal of strategies for the construction of class culture in ordinary high schools from the perspective of core competence is expected to provide more thinking for the construction of class culture in ordinary high schools,and really help students effectively adapt to the new college entrance examination reform,optimize the construction of class culture and improve the core competence of students.
