The International Comparative Study On The Core Competence Of P.E Specialty Of Ordinary College In Our Country

Under the impetus of the international environment, domestic economy develops rapidly, and the international competition is increasingly fierce. As an important manifestation of the national competition, the competition in education has an essential impact on the country’s competitiveness. The improvement of educational competitiveness requires the educational theory adapting to the development of the world economy. It needs to analyze the strategy countermeasure of enhancing the competitiveness of the national education from the elements which is the composition of the knowledge economy and establish and improve the appropriate index system. These will be the foundation that supports the comparative education and innovative research. The research of the professional competence in physical education at the national level can become an important proposition which is of great significance in theory, practice and method in the international comparative education.The study tempts to establish a professional core competitiveness index system on the basis of exploring the physical education professional "core competencies" theory, and makes analysis and comparison with the related indicators of the professional competitiveness abroad. In order to formulate the national physical education reform and development strategy policy-oriented services, it promotes the development of physical education science in the interactive process of the international comparative study of physical education and sports education decision practice. The exportation of the physical education “core competencies” can provide a new theory perspective for the study of the national education sustainable strategy and provide a new analytical tools and policy recommendations in the “sports power” construction.By using the research methods such as literature, Delphi, questionnaire, AHP, mathematical statistics and learning from the relevant theoretical knowledge of competition, the core competitiveness, this paper discusses on the physical education core competitiveness in the international environment. The study shows the following conclusions:(1)the statement of our college physical education concept of core competence is at an early stage;(2)the professional core competence is characterized by: value, integration, extension, integration, independence effectiveness and practicality;(3)at present, the students majoring in our college physical education are in a high base but a low quality;(4)students of physical education major is adequate, and in a large scale;(5)compared with other countries, our professional education students’ practice time is slightly shorter and the teaching evaluation system is constantly being perfect;(6)the number of the physical education professionals in innovation and business is small and our international rankings are behind the developed countries.Based on the current status of the profession and emerging issue, this paper provide some countermeasures to enhance our college sports professional core competence:(1)to conduct a deeper research on the concept of our college sports education core competition to define more clearly;(2)to understand the characteristics of the physical education major core competence and highlight the unique nature of the profession, to gain a competitive advantage;(3) in the improvement process of the physical education professional talents, we should make the integration of teacher and education according to the social needs;(4)to increase the funds investment in college physical education, and guarantee the outstanding physical education major students, and improve students’ finished product rate;(5) Through the cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools, to form a complete chain of professional training of physical education;(6) to strengthen international cooperation, in order to promote Sino-foreign cultural integration of sports culture, and enhance innovation capability, in order to adapt to the needs of international schools or excellent primary and secondary schools for international talent market.
