Biology activity class is a subject teaching organization form advocated by "General High School Biology Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)".The biology activity class emphasizes that students are the center of activity,through diversified activities,to stimulate students’ interest in learning,and arouse students’ learning motivation.Students personally participate and actively practice in activity classes,and gradually cultivate students’ comprehensive abilities such as autonomous learning,cooperative learning,inquiry learning,and operational practice in the practice of hands-on and brainstorming.It is an important way to promote the all-round development of students,and has important practical significance for the implementation of the core literacy of biology.Therefore,the design of biological activity classes is particularly important.How to design an excellent biological activity class is a question worth pondering and studying.This article starts from the important value of biological activity courses in the biology subject system and biology teaching,combined with the author’s practice in the practice school,and discusses the contents of biological activity courses and design.The design of biological activity class is based on relevant theories and guidance documents.Various research methods were used in the research process.Combining the actual running conditions of the practice school,the author conducts a questionnaire survey on the "development of biological activity classes" among the first-year students of the school.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire,understand the students’ attitudes,wishes,needs and other related conditions for carrying out the biological activity class,and provide a reference for the design of the biological activity class.Secondly,we conducted interviews with the teachers of the practice school on the design and practice of activity classes,and listened to the opinions and suggestions of the interviewed teachers on the development of biological activity classes,so as to provide ideas for the design of biological activity classes.Combining the feedback of students’ learning in teaching and communication with teachers in school.It was finally decided to use three parts: "Cell membrane control substances entering and leaving cells","Making cell membrane flow mosaic model" and "Exploring the relationship between cell size and material transport" to carry out the design and practice of biological activity class.The objects of practice are the four ordinary classes of the first grade.One of the control classes does not hold biological activity classes.Three experimental classes carry out biological activity classes with the same content.Take the first monthly test scores of the four classes as the pre-research test.Take final grades as post-research test.Pass pre-test and post-test data analysis.Evaluate the value of the design and application of activity courses in high school biology education.The results of the research show that the design and application of biological activity classes have a significant role in promoting students’ academic level and comprehensive ability.It has important practical significance in high school biology teaching and is highly recognized by students and teachers.
