Activity based classroom is the main teaching mode required by junior high school ideological and Political Curriculum Standard(2011).Topic based teaching is a necessary way to build an active classroom.Topic has the function of guiding,shaping and optimizing the activity-based classroom.Teaching around topic can reflect the activity and ideological characteristics of junior high school "morality and rule of law",which is in line with the characteristics of rich topic resources in the new textbook.Experts,scholars and front-line teachers have found that there is an inseparable relationship between topic based teaching and activity-based classroom.They have explored and practiced the topic based activity-based classroom of "left hand topic and right hand activity".However,there is no systematic thinking on how to design such a classroom.The event based activity classroom embodies the requirements of Marx's practice view and Xi Jinping's youth ideological and political education concept.It is also the embodiment of the current educational reform from the constructivist view of knowledge,learning and the teaching experience of Western topics.It has the characteristics of moral education and knowledge,thinking and practice,innovation and the unity of the times.It is an important way to sublate the traditional one-way teaching mode,realize the "integration of large,middle and small schools" of Ideological and political course,create an innovative classroom culture of questioning and speculation,and cultivate students' core literacy based on the long-term development of students.The necessity of constructing the topic activity class lies in that it helps to realize the unity of students' thinking,positive practice and correct values guidance;It is conducive to the implementation of the teaching goal of cultivating students' development ability,so that students can adhere to the correct values and make the correct value judgments and choices in the face of complex and changeable social phenomena and the collision of different values.Junior high school students have a certain ability of thinking,morality and the rule of law textbooks provide a wealth of topic activity materials,in line with the practical needs of the ideological and political connection between junior high school and senior high school.Therefore,the topic activity classroom in junior high school "morality and the rule of law" class is feasible.With the help of topics and activities to improve students' moral quality and legal literacy,it is more conducive to solve students' problems of "knowledge and behavior","learning and thinking".The As a new type of classroom teaching method,"morality and rule of law" in junior middle school aims to guide students to give full play to their subjectivity,form good moral quality and rule of law quality,and develop students' ability in an all-round way through the organic combination of topics and activities.At present,there are some problems in the teaching design of "morality and the rule of law" in junior middle school,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects: the effectiveness of the topic setting is not strong,the activity design around the topic is lack of depth,and the evaluation design of the topic activity class is single.The main reasons are that teachers do not pay enough attention to students' development of scientific spirit and other core qualities,teachers do not have enough experience in designing activities close to students' actual situation,and teachers do not pay enough attention to students' evaluation of participation in classroom activities.In addition,it is also related to the differences in students' awareness of issues and their ability to explore activities.Based on the practical problems and the requirements of curriculum standards,the following strategies can be adopted in the teaching design of the topic based activity class of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school: first,in the design of teaching objectives,we should strengthen the consciousness of curriculum standards and point to the core literacy.We should pay attention to the students' main body,preset the attainable goal,focus on the cultivation of ability and emotion,and pay attention to the design of activity experience.Secondly,in the design of teaching process,we should take four steps to connect each other,that is,to determine the topic based on teaching needs,to create problem situations around the topic,to design serialization activities around the topic,and to design guidance methods according to students' needs.Finally,in the design of teaching evaluation,we should pay attention to students' key behaviors,adhere to the combination of students' self-evaluation and teachers' evaluation,and adhere to the combination of formative evaluation and summative evaluation.
