| The integration of industry and education is a school-running model to carry out deep cooperation between industry and education for technology research and talent training,which is also a strategic path to promote national industrial transformation and upgrading,as well as higher education reform.Since 21st century.China has stepped into a critical period for industrial transformation and innovation-driven development.In order to meet the needs of the economy and society,colleges and universities have strongly promoted the strategy of innovative talent training.Building the close relationship between industry and education has become a common challenge faced by government,enterprises,colleges and universities.Heilongjiang Province is rich in higher education resources that are the essential talent think tanks for economic development.As an important part of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province,finance and economics colleges and universities undertake the mission of regional talent training and economic development.Especially,in the business 3.0 era,exploiting discipline advantages and school specialty,and promoting industry-education integration have become the strategy of strengthening school for finance and economics colleges and universities to maintain characteristic development and gain competitive advantages.Therefore,it is imperative to explore the countermeasures for industry-education integration of finance and economics colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province,so as to enhance the pertinence of talent training.Starting from the core issue of how to promote industry-education integration of finance and economics colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province under the background of new business study,this thesis analyzes the influencing elements for industry-education integration of finance and economics colleges and universities based on new business study,collects and sorts relevant data and information by using methods of literature research,investigation research and comparative analysis to conduct an in-depth research on the current status of industry-education integration of finance and economics colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province from the perspectives of policy,resource integration,curriculum construction and teacher construction based on theories of resource dependence,triple helix,constructivism and educational ecology.From the perspectives of policy,the thesis chooses the policy documents from the State Council provincial government and other government agencies to analyze the implementation of Heilongjiang province’s industry-education integration policy.From the perspectives of resource integration,it chooses the number of industry-education integration projects,cooperative bodies and cooperation contents and other information and data of five finance and economics colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province to analyze the resource integration between industry and education.From the perspectives of curriculum construction,the thesis collects the questionnaire and interview data from teachers and students of finance and economics colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province to analyze the curriculum construction of finance and economics colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province.From the perspectives of teacher construction,it chooses the percentage of senior-title teachers,double-qualified teachers and training practice teachers to analyze the teacher construction of finance and economics colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province.By analyzing the current status of industry-education integration of finance and economics colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province,it is found that some problems exist in it:weakness of policy implementation,insufficiency of resource integration and exploitation,discrepancy of curriculum construction and new business practice and weakness of teachers’ practical competence and serious problem of teacher outflow.The reasons for the problems are deficiency of specific details in policy implementation,loose structure of cross-organization in long-term cooperation,difficulty in integration of interdisciplinary institution and unreasonable management system of teachers.In view of the above problems and drawing on the experience of industry-education integration in colleges and universities at home and abroad,the thesis puts forwards some suggestions and countermeasures in four aspects:strengthening the impetus role of government in industry-education integration;improving the initiative of colleges and universities;broadening the paths for enterprises to participate in industry-education integration and reinforcing the connection and service of the third-party organizations. |
