Research On Cost Management Of Children Programming Education And Training Project In Start-up Stage

The age of the digital economy has come to us.The artificial intelligence recognition technology of voice,image and video has changed our life quietly.Our next generation is the "indigenous people"of this information age.They have been inseparable from intelligent application scenarios.In the future,many jobs will be replaced by machines,which is also a reality they have to face.There will be more and more new jobs to develop,adapt,apply and create these machines.Programming application technology and thinking exercise has been advanced to the children's stage.Children's programming education and training institutions have sprung up.Many start-up enterprises and investors have entered the market.The main purpose of this paper is to study how to do a good job in cost management of such a project with complete functions and many factors.This paper takes R Company as a case.First of all,the enterprise is analyzed,which analyzes the external environment of the company through PEST analysis method,then analyzes the current situation of the enterprise,and finally obtains the strategic choice for the enterprise to carry out children's programming teaching and training project through the analysis of SWOT matrix.Then it analyzes the industry of children's programming and the choice of different business models may have an impact on cost management.When analyzing the current situation of the project,it mainly focuses on the overview and resources of the project,including the scope,planning,human resources,raw materials and equipment of the project.The fourth chapter of this paper begins to study the cost management of the project,from the cost estimation,budget to the division of four checkpoints to complete the cost accounting,and then apply the earned value analysis method for effective cost control.Significant cost deviation and schedule deviation occurred at the second checkpoint,so cost optimization strategy was put forward in time and the implementation effect was finally verified.It is very important to design the cost assessment and incentive system of the project in advance in the face of shortage of manpower and limited capital,especially for an enterprise in its initial stage of operation,which is to solve the problem of "people's" cost awareness first.Then to solve the "technology" problem well,the technical solution of the project must be reviewed in advance to provide as accurate a project estimate as possible,with as few changes later.Finally,solve the problem of "things"well,the purchase of equipment for the rapid replacement of electronic equipment,the number of demand and more,can use to meet the functional requirements of second-hand equipment,so as to maximize the cost savings of the project.
