As we communicate more,the ability of the oral communication becomes more important in modern society.Oral communication is not only a life skill,but also professional skill.Middle school students are in a special time,they have stronger independent consciousness,easily affected by the surroundings,at the same time,they are in their key period of cultivating their ability of expression,they eager to prove themselves,the ability of expression and communication can be improved a lot.So,high-efficient of the oral communication is important to middle school students.In state-complied textbooks,oral communication is a dependent part,which also means the importance of oral communication teaching.State-complied textbooks came into use in recent years,Chinese teaching are going through a transition period in junior school,so to have a depth study of the state-complied textbooks is the most important,but we are not optimistic with the result of the oral communication teaching survey.Firstly,oral communication teaching is still in a fringe area in most junior schools,nevertheless schools,teachers or students know little of it.Secondly,oral communication teaching standstill in most schools,with less innovation,conservative teaching design,weak teaching and research ability,deficient class hours.Thirdly,the interest of students is low and they hardly participate in class.At last,the ability of teachers' oral communication is need to be improved.These problems are caused by the following aspects: at first,influenced by Chinese traditional culture,people are reserved,secondly,under the influence of examination-oriented education,because of its unique course features,independent from the traditional examination,without specific criteria of assessment,received neglect from school,teachers,students and society;Fourth,the school lacks the guidance and supervision to the teacher oral communication teaching and research,and lack of effective oral expression activities.So,first-line Chinese teachers make full use of the new teaching material,opportunity to improve the quality of oral communication teaching,it is very important to pay more attention to oral communication teaching.This paper is based on the in-depth study of the literature on oral communication teaching,combine the questions in the questionnaire survey,deep analysis of the reasons,and through listening to the evaluation of classes and specific teaching practice,proposing resources for raw materials,grasp the main points of teaching,creating real situations,full analysis of learning.Based on the Learning section,effective incentives.Carry out colorful activities,to strengthen teaching strategies such as teacher training.In addition,I combine the previous research results,listening experience and teaching practice,to explore the basic steps of oral communication teaching in compiling junior middle school textbooks,lead to topics,clear requirements,independent thinking,communication and discussion,actual combat exercises,consolidation exercises,extension,class summary.The case analysis is carried out through specific teaching cases,the first phase of oral communication teaching in front-line teachers,improve students' oral communication ability effectively.
