A Hierarchical Model Study On The Re-mobility Willingness Of Chinese Floating Population

As one of the most active factors in the market economy,floating population will not only have an impact on individuals,but also have a certain impact on social economy.Since the reform and opening up,with the development of social economy in China,the scale of floating population has been increasing,until the turning point of floating population scale in 2015.Since 2015,the number of floating population has changed from a continuous increase to a slow decline,which makes the situation of "labor shortage" in some regions.In order to solve this problem,some regions have formulated relevant policies to keep the inflow population and maintain the population vitality.In this context,this paper will analyze the floating population’s willingness to choose where they go,and explore the factors affecting the re mobility of the floating population.Results:(1)Gender has a significant impact on the floating population’s re mobility willingness,and men have stronger mobility;(2)With the increase of age,the floating population’s preference for stable life is gradually strengthened;(3)The duration of floating has a positive effect on the residence intention of floating population,the longer duration of floating the stronger willingness to stay;(4)The stronger the sense of social integration,the stronger the willingness of floating population to stay;(5)Personal income has a negative effect on the willingness of the floating population to return home,but the provincial level economic factors have little impact on the re mobility intention;(6)The causes of population movement have a certain influence on the willingness to re flow.Because of the working or family reasons,the group who chooses to move is supposed to have a definite plan of life for some time(at least for the short term),and will choose to live in a more stable place,such as the residence or the registered residence;(7)The occupation background has a certain effect on the floating population’s re mobility intention.For the floating population with professional skills,they can easily find counterpart work with their own professional skills,and their life will not be too tight.They can get better living conditions by working away from home,so their willingness to return home will be greatly reduced.(8)For the floating population who want to return home,different age groups have different reasons for returning home,but generally speaking,this group is mainly for returning home to start a business and take care of the elderly at home;for the floating population who want to stay in their current residence,they value that the residence area has better family development prospects and their children can get better education resources;(9)The proportion of urban population and basic medical insurance have significant influence on the floating population’s re mobility intention.
