With the promulgation of the revised curriculum standard in 2020,topic-based teaching,the implementation of activity-based curriculum,the creation of situations and the evaluation of academic quality have become the research focuses of academic experts and teachers of ideological and political courses.In addition,the setting of political examination questions in college entrance examination tends to examine students’ core literacy through situations.Moreover,there are some difficulties in the creation and implementation of topic situations in the current ideological and political courses in senior high schools.Therefore,the author uses the methods of literature survey,questionnaire survey and his own educational practice experience to carry out relevant research with the theme of creating topic situations in senior high school ideological and political courses.In addition to the introduction,the article is divided into three parts:The first part is an overview of the creation of topic situations in senior high school ideological and political courses.The creation of topic situations in senior high school ideological and political courses refers to the teaching design activities in which ideological and political teachers organize teaching materials around topics,determine activity forms and create teaching situations according to their own teaching styles and students’ cognitive level,and finally help students to continuously improve their core literacy.Issue determination,situation creation and activity design belong to the design scope of issue situation and are the three basic design activities of issue situation creation.Marxist epistemology,constructivist learning theory and Ausubel’s meaningful reception learning theory are the theoretical support of this study.The creation of topic situation is an essential link to carry out topic-based teaching,the only way to cultivate students’ core literacy and a powerful booster to promote the professional development of senior high school ideological and political teachers.The second part is the analysis of the present situation and predicament of the topic situation creation in senior high school ideological and political class.Through questionnaire survey and action research,it is found that there are some dilemmas in the creation of topic situations,such as insufficient core literacy,deviation from topics,low frequency of creation,material separation from students and times,insufficient structured treatment,and inappropriate difficulty of problems and activities.The reasons for the above difficulties lie in the high cost of creating topic situations,the deviation of some ideological and political teachers’ understanding of topic situations,the lack of innovative ability of some ideological and political teachers to create topic situations,and the restriction of students’ knowledge reserve and understanding level on the development of topic situations.The third part is the principles and strategies of creating topic situations in high school ideological and political courses.From the principle of creation,the creation of topic situations should follow the principles of times,typicality,closeness and structuralization.From the perspective of ideological and political teachers’ concept shaping and professional upgrading,it is suggested that ideological and political teachers should face up to the value leading function of topic situations and pay attention to students’ learning needs,so as to actively improve the ability of creating topic situations to overcome the consumption cost of creating topic situations.From the perspective of specific optimization strategies,at the pointing level,the creation of topic situations should deduct topics and point to core literacy;At the construction level,we should select a variety of materials to organize the content of topic situations,take various forms to present the task of topic situations,and create topic situations with different structural benign degrees.
