For a long time,there has been a big gap in the development of my country's urban and rural areas in economy,culture,education,etc.The development level of education has always been one of the main indicators for measuring social equity.In order to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it is necessary to promote the development of fairness in education,which is not only the basic requirement of the socialist system,but also an objective requirement of building a harmonious socialist society in the new era of our country.Physical education,as a part of school education,is also an important part of the development of quality education.And physical education resources are the prerequisite for the development of physical education in schools.However,the gap of physical education resources between urban and rural areas affects the development of physical education in urban and rural schools.This also shows the necessity of balanced development of urban and rural physical education resources.Due to economic development and changes in social production methods,people's recognition of sports has been strengthened,and school sports have begun to receive attention from top to bottom.With the further expansion of the score and influence of physical education in the senior high school entrance examination,junior high school sports began to receive more attention.This article takes the urban and rural junior middle school physical education resources in Daqing City as the research object,and adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,logical analysis method and other research methods,from physical education human resources,physical education material resources,physical education financial resources,physical education Five aspects of curriculum resources and physical education environmental resources.The physical education resources of 18 junior high schools in urban and rural areas in Daqing City were surveyed.Through statistics,comparison and analysis of the data,it was found that: from the aspects of physical education equipment ratio,age,academic qualifications,professional titles,etc.From a point of view,rural junior high schools are inferior to urban junior high schools;most of the sports venues and facilities in urban junior high schools can meet the needs of physical education,while the lack of sports venues and facilities in rural junior high schools can relatively not meet the needs of physical education;urban junior high schools have a wide range of sports funding sources,and at the same time It can meet the needs of physical education,and rural junior high schools have a single source of funding for sports,and most of them are funded by the county government;the physical education curriculum and physical education environment of urban junior high schools are better than those of rural junior high schools.Aiming at the development status of rural and urban junior middle school physical education resources in Daqing City and the factors that affect the balanced development of urban and rural physical education resources,relevant countermeasures are proposed: to effectively increase the income of rural teachers,provide social security for rural teachers,and pay attention to the professional development of rural teachers.It is necessary to rationally allocate investment in sports venues and equipment;improve sports venues and equipment according to local conditions;manage existing sports venues and equipment reasonably to promote resource recycling.Improve the mechanism for the steady growth of education investment;strive for higher-level government funding projects while actively attracting social forces.Enrich the school physical education curriculum and promote the use of modern information technology.Actively carry out extracurricular sports activities,combine the use of sports tourism resources,and promote the construction of sports campus culture.
