Middle school education courses teachers to give under "the jointing-booting stage" youth heart buried the seeds of truth,"the first buttons buckle good student" the enormity of the responsibility and mission,and facing the world from the big change in one hundred,socialism with Chinese characteristics into the new era of history,era,and so on various aspects of practice and theory innovation and change,The role of middle school ideological and political teachers is facing a series of conflicts.How to objectively,accurately and truly reveal the role conflicts faced by middle school ideological and political course teachers and find effective solutions is of great value and significance not only to promote the development of ideological and political course teachers,but also to further run the ideological and political course.This paper uses the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,and adopts the method of quantification as the main method and quality as the auxiliary method,to carry out an in-depth study on the role conflict of ideological and political course teachers in middle schools in the new era.In the quantitative research stage,through the role conflict questionnaire and the role conflict influencing factors questionnaire,SPSSAU is used to process the survey data.After descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,multiple regression analysis and mediating effect analysis,This paper makes a comprehensive investigation on the overall situation,specific group differences,influence degree and influence path of ideological and political teachers’ role conflict and its influencing factors in the new era of middle schools.In the qualitative research stage,through in-depth interviews with some teachers of ideological and political courses in first-line middle schools,the real educational and teaching conditions behind them were explored by combining discussion with discussion,so as to supplement the results of quantitative research.Through empirical research,it is found that: firstly,the role conflicts of ideological and political science teachers in middle schools in the new era are mainly manifested in three aspects: the role conflicts of expectation type,the role conflicts of overload type and the role conflicts of adaptation type,and the overall situation level of each conflict type is at a high level.Second,there are significant differences in demographic variables in the role conflict of ideological and political teachers in middle schools in the new era.The specific differences are manifested in gender,marital status,professional title,teaching object,ideological and political major,part-time administration,part-time head teacher,cross-level teaching,and weekly class hours of teaching.Thirdly,the factors that influence the role conflict of ideological and political teachers in the new era are mainly manifested in four aspects: organizational environment factor,interpersonal interaction factor,individual characteristics factor and the requirement factor of The Times,and the influence degree is at a medium or high level.Fourth,there is a significant correlation between the role conflict of ideological and political science teachers in the new era in terms of organizational environment factors,interpersonal interaction factors,individual characteristics factors and the requirements of The Times.The factors influencing the role conflict of ideological and political science teachers in the new era have more or less direct or indirect effects on their role conflict.This paper puts forward the countermeasures to alleviate the role conflict of teachers from four aspects.From the perspective of the requirements of The Times,middle school ideological and political teachers should pay attention to the role reflection and role learning,and constantly improve the role behavior and adaptability;From the level of organizational environment,the state should strengthen the implementation of the system and scientific management,the school should reduce the burden of role and strengthen the incentive and evaluation mechanism;From the level of interpersonal interaction,middle school ideological and political teachers need the role support and identity of leaders and colleagues;From the aspect of individual characteristics,middle school ideological and political teachers should update the educational concept,perfect the knowledge structure,improve the educational ability,enrich the teaching strategies,and strengthen the vocational motivation.In short,to alleviate the role conflict of middle school ideological and political teachers,it is necessary for middle school ideological and political teachers to adjust their role image,role responsibility and role self personality. |
