"The most fundamental thing is to comprehensively implement the Party’s educational policy and solve the fundamental problems of higher education who to train,how to train them and for whom to train them." Middle school is a crucial stage for the physical and mental development of teenagers,as well as an important period for the formation of scientific and correct world outlook,values and outlook on life.The healthy growth of middle school students is related to the future of the motherland.The teaching of ideological and political courses in middle school is the main channel to carry out the fundamental tasks of Lideli people and plays a vital role in cultivating new forces for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.With the deepening of reform and opening up,the rapid development of economy and society,people’s pace of life is accelerating.At the same time,the physical and mental development of middle school students is rapid,easy to appear self-disharmony,self-conflict.Under the combined action of internal and external factors,conflicts between teachers and students,especially hidden conflicts between teachers and students,are more likely to occur in the teaching of ideological and political courses in middle schools.In recent years,the tension between teachers and students has attracted more and more attention.The cases of classroom conflicts between teachers and students are frequently seen in the Internet media.In addition,the conflicts between a middle school teacher and a student ideological and political teaching show a trend of hidden development,which has a negative impact on the construction of harmonious,equal and democratic teacher-student relationship and restricts the improvement of the quality of ideological and political teaching.It is of great significance to deeply study the connotation,characteristics,performance and influence of hidden teacher-student conflict in ideological and political course teaching in middle school,and find out the coping strategies of teacher-student conflict.This can not only effectively prevent and resolve the hidden conflicts between teachers and students,but also promote the common growth and interactive development of teachers and students,achieve appropriate teaching,teaching and learning,and then better implement the fundamental task of moral education.Based on the time and space situation of the new era,this study closely revolves around the hidden teacher-student conflict in middle school ideological and political course teaching,in-depth analysis of its connotation,characteristics,performance,influence and causes,on this basis,focus on exploring the countermeasures.The details are as follows:The first part is the introduction.This part mainly describes the research background,significance,current situation,methods and other basic issues.Firstly,this paper analyzes the origin of the research,expounds the significance of the research from both theoretical and practical aspects,and then reviews the literature at home and abroad through literature research method.On this basis,the research status is reviewed,and then the research ideas and research methods are established.The second part,the theory of implicit conflict between teachers and students in middle school ideological and political teaching.This part first defines the core concept of the hidden teacher-student conflict in the middle school ideological and political course teaching,explains its connotation,and probes into its intrinsic nature.Based on the analysis of core concepts and essence,this paper summarizes the characteristics of hidden conflicts between teachers and students in middle school ideological and political course teaching into four aspects: the first is sudden,the second is objective,the third is transformational,the fourth is dual.The third part is the practical grasp of the hidden conflicts between teachers and students in the middle school ideological and political teaching.By comparing explicit conflict with implicit conflict,this part finds that implicit conflict between teachers and students in middle school ideological and political teaching is mainly manifested by cognitive conflict,ideological conflict,psychological conflict and emotional conflict.In order to better cope with the hidden teacher-student conflict in the ideological and political course teaching in middle schools,this study combined with in-depth interview data of political teachers and students in A middle school in Chongqing,and summarized the causes of hidden teacher-student conflict from four aspects: poor communication between teachers and students,lack of wisdom in teacher education,single teaching methods of teachers,and special physical and mental development of students.The fourth part is the coping strategies of the hidden conflicts between teachers and students in the middle school ideological and political teaching.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,this part puts forward countermeasures: first,to improve the core quality of middle school ideological and political teachers.First of all,we should strengthen the ideals and beliefs of middle school ideological and political course teachers,and secondly,we should improve their professional quality.The second is to strengthen the affinity of middle school ideological and political teaching.To enhance the charm of middle school ideological and political course teaching,open up the channels of communication between teachers and students.Third,the innovation level of middle school ideological and political teaching is improved.We should improve the educational tact of middle school ideological and political courses and innovate the teaching methods.Fourth,we should improve the multi-party mechanism of middle school ideological and political course reform.Promote the formation of middle school ideological and political lessons to resolve the hidden conflict of the third party mechanism,and actively build the middle school psychological education and ideological and political
