new era,China has officially issued a series of relevant policies to carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese sports and culture.On October 15,2020,The Opinions on Comprehently Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council clearly requires the inheritance and development of archery in school education,introducing Chinese archery into the classroom,and promoting the extensive development of traditional Chinese archery sports in schools.This paper mainly uses the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to explore the feasibility of the promotion of Chinese archery in primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou,and provides reasonable and feasible development strategies for the promotion of Chinese archery in primary and secondary schools.The study concluded that:1.Chinese archery contains rich cultural etiquette and sports value,and is a precious intangible cultural heritage of our country,and has a profound impact on the development of archery in Japan and South Korea and other countries.In the new era,school physical education clearly requires the inheritance and development of archery into the campus,which firmly confirms that the road to the revival of Chinese archery in the new era is inevitable.With its unique "moral education" and "aesthetic education" and other diversified physical and mental education values,Chinese archery has been carried out in large and middle schools and primary and secondary schools,which has made clear the direction for the development of archery courses in primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou City,and endowed new vitality for the deepening of the integration of physical education and curriculum ideological and political construction in primary and secondary schools.2."100 +" schools across the country had been archery venues,equipped with archery equipment,encourage primary and secondary schools to actively carry out archery courses,and integrate them into the construction of "curriculum ideological and political".Work with the school to formulate the safety management regulations of archery project reasonably.It is necessary for the government,the school and the family to jointly carry out the
