| Teacher burden reduction has always been a key issue of national concern,is an important work related to the development and reform of education,the Ministry of Education requires all local cities according to the actual situation of local education to implement the burden reduction.Up to now,most regions of the country have issued the list of burden reduction,which further promoted the work of burden reduction of primary and secondary school teachers and entered a new stage of burden reduction.Selected in this paper,the authors J area rural boarding middle school teachers’ work burden,is based on the current rural boarding middle school teachers’ workload and the actual background of the current policy,focusing on clarifying the problems of rural boarding middle school teachers’ workload,analyze the causes,and to explore the countermeasures,It provides reference value for solving the problem of teachers’ workload and school management in rural boarding junior middle schools in this area,which has a very positive significance for improving the quality of rural education in this area.As a part of teachers’ burden reduction,the current situation of teachers’ workload reduction in J District of Xuchang City can also reflect the effectiveness and existing problems of teachers’ burden reduction.This study education public governance theory as the instruction,according to the practical determined to solve the problem of the rural boarding middle school teachers’ workload related multivariate main body,in which the government,school and society,and between multiple subject of these three functions are clearly defined,to clarify their respective responsibilities,and research on the rural boarding middle school teachers’ work burden a series of work,It includes the design of the questionnaire and interview,the analysis of the causes of teachers’ heavy workload and the proposal of countermeasures.According to the results of the survey,the phenomenon of heavy workload of teachers in rural boarding junior middle schools in District J of Xuchang City still exists,which is specifically manifested as: long working hours,high work pressure,various work contents,and the impact on teachers’ physical and mental health.In view of the existing problems,this paper makes a detailed analysis from the perspective of various subjects,clarifies the causes leading to the heavy workload of teachers,and puts forward solutions from the three levels of government,school and society.The specific attribution is that the government has not implemented the policy of burden reduction,the system of teacher burden reduction is not perfect,the support for rural boarding junior middle schools is weak,and the positive public opinion is weak.In terms of the school,the management system is not perfect,the innovation and development effect is poor,the school internal management affairs are many,the teacher’s personal professional quality is low,the current enrolment situation raises many follow-up questions,the home-school cooperation effect is not good;In the social aspect,there are lack of financial and human support,prejudice against rural teachers from all walks of life,and unwillingness of excellent teachers to support rural education.And put forward solutions from these three aspects,the government should implement the burden reduction policy,improve the laws and regulations and related systems,increase the support for rural boarding junior middle schools in the area,strengthen the positive public opinion guidance;Schools should improve the school management system,do a good job in school innovation and development,encourage teachers to improve their comprehensive quality,and strengthen home-school cooperation.In order to solve the problem of teachers’ workload in rural boarding junior middle schools in District J of Xuchang City,the society should provide voluntary support to school workers and carry out comprehensive practical activities. |
