As the first resource of education reform,teachers bear the important task of teaching and educating people.Creating a good education and teaching environment makes teachers devote themselves to teaching work,which is the basic manifestation of respect for teachers and education in the whole society.But today,elementary and middle school teachers are facing problems such as "excessive work burden","excessive work pressure",and "strong sense of job burnout" that need to be resolved.For a long time,junior high school has played a key role in the nine-year compulsory education in which it is an important part.because it is the most important period for students to undertake high school and transit elementary schools.Therefore,the quality of education and teaching of teachers in junior high school affects junior the students.It is extremely important for its development.However,at present,the workload of junior high school teachers in the L Middle School is more prominent,which has already had an impact on the quality of education and teaching of teachers.The heavy workload of junior high school teachers is mainly manifested in the heavy teaching and non-teaching workload of teachers in junior high school,which has a negative influence on the teachers' mental development of junior high school teachers,resulting in weak education and teaching of teachers in junior high school To study the current situation of teachers' workload in junior high school,and to master the characteristics of teachers' workload,to analyze the main causes of teachers' heavy workload,exploring effective strategies to reduce teachers' workload is quite necessary,The author conducted investigations through questionnaires and interviews,and found that the heavy workload of teachers in junior high school is mainly reflected in two aspects,including teaching and non-teaching workload.The main manifestations are following.Teaching of long hours,heavy workload and rigid sitting system,endless formal work such as filling in forms,excessive meetings and inefficient lectures and training,teachers' teaching results on the wall and repeated transfers.The tasks are assigned by junior high school teachers to private schools,creating civilized cities,and other superiors,etc.These tasks reflect the complexity,diversity,and boundary ambiguity of the workload of teachers.Through the results of questionnaire and analysis of interviews,we can know that the main reasons for the heavy workload of teachers in junior high school.They are excessive interference in school work by the education department,too rigid school management,lack of flexibility,and insufficient professionalism of teachers.All of the above reasons affect the quality of education and teaching of teachers in junior high school.Combining the results of the questionnaire and the content of the interviews,based on the analysis of the manifestations,characteristics and causes of teachers' overburden,a preliminary discussion was made on countermeasures to reduce the workload of teachers in junior high school.First,change method of the school management to reduce the teaching burden of teachers,provide teachers supporting with more resources,adhere to a people-oriented management model,advocate flexible management,and guarantee teachers' honor and welfare benefits.Secondly,clarify the responsibilities of the education department and reduce teachers' Non-teaching burden.Reduce the assignment of tasks,rectify the marks-based management model and improve the quality of teacher professionalism and training.Finally,teachers themselves must conduct self-management and reflection,improve their stress reducing capabilities,adjust their teaching mentality,and improve and feel the happiness in their teaching life.
