In recent years, under the background of the great importance of Chinese football and a series of related measures, the development of campus football, which is an important foundation for promoting football development, still faces two problems: popularization and improvement. As a key part of the improvement of campus football, the senior high school football specialty students in the top four schools in the senior high school football league in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are taken as the research objects.By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, data statistics and expert interview, this paper makes a thorough and comprehensive study on the current development and future development suggestions of senior high school football specialty students in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The results show that:1.Since the pilot project,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has made remarkable achievements in the macro level, but little investment has been made in the micro aspects.2.The development level of hoo,Bao and e football is the best, and the level of competition is the highest, which plays a leading role in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Chifeng City and Tongliao City have the most national football schools, but the development level and sports performance of football are the worst, and there is a serious deficit.3.The construction of the football team in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, represented by the national football characteristic schools in primary and secondary schools,is imperfect, which leads to the lack of good continuity, system and long-term nature of the campus youth training system based on campus football.4.The number of competitions in cities, provinces and the whole country increases every year, and the game experience is accumulated fully;almost 100% of the football specialty students in the top four high school schools in Inner Mongolia can have the titles of secondary athletes and above when they are promoted to senior high school. However, there are many factors that hinder the development of senior high school football students in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, which can be summarized as follows: motivation for participating in training is only for promotion;training period is short and not systematic;the lack of tactical training is serious;training courses fail to meet the corresponding standards. At the same time, most of the senior high school football students have poor examination marks and good sports performance, and there is a very serious deficit between learning and sports performance.5.Most coaches have medium level of football theory knowledge and teaching experience, but they have a great lack of advanced theoretical knowledge and the coaches are not qualified enough in teaching level. In addition, only half of football coaches have training subsidies other than daily teaching work.6.the colleges and universities that recruit special football students in China are still few,and the sports assessment items are too single, which leads to that the high school football specialty students only focus on the practice of the assessment items.Based on the above research results, the author puts forward the following suggestions:1.Inner Mongolia government at all levels and leaders at all levels changed their ideas from current macro input to micro tilt.2.Further revise and improve the evaluation standards of national football characteristic schools, and divide national football characteristic schools into two categories: A and B.Class A schools are schools that meet the current national football characteristic school evaluation standards, and have achieved excellent competition results in the province or even the whole country(for example, the top 4 in large-scale competitions).Class B schools are schools that can only meet the current national football characteristic school evaluation standards.Give A schools specific authority and preferential policies, which canbe used to encourage the development and promotion of campus football.3.The school football team youth training system should be improved. It develops professionally from three aspects: training target "one dragon",teacher improvement "one dragon",data record "one dragon".Besides, expanding fund channel through multiple channels(integrating the four forces of government, school, society and parents)is also important.4.Under the guidance of the youth training outline of China Football Association,a set of target system and books suitable for the development of campus football should be established.5.In the point of of football specialty students: First, introduce the "comprehensive quality evaluation system of students" in the leading provinces of national education reform, and increase the assessment items of comprehensive quality development of morality, intelligence, body, beauty and labor, especially physical education, except for score promotion.Second, the intensity of training should be strengthened.Third, the adoption of tutor system is helpful to promote the improvement of the examination marks of senior high school football students.6.Set up the "excellent coach" selection and reward system, and objectively and fairly select the annual "high-quality coaches" according to the four aspects of "questionnaire survey, field visit,large-scale competition results and achievement of the youth training goal of campus football",and give the rewards of grading and grading.7.Improve the single enrollment and high-level enrollment system of college entrance exams. In addition to the current assessment methods, the evaluation standard of "based on the three-stage physical and sports database of football specialty students and the evaluation of the coaches’ energy in the process of their competition" should be added, and then the real excellent and high-level football talents can be selected to promote the healthy development of campus football in China.8.Strengthen the construction of football culture in the high school stage. Not only can we start from class meetings, cultural corridors,We Chat public numbers, official account of schools, etc.,but we can also combine the culture of fans with the competition system to promote the popularization and improvement of campus football. |
