Investigation On The Current Situation Of Football In Football Characteristic Kindergartens In Tibet Autonomous Region

Objective: Since the selection of the first batch of football characteristic kindergartens in China,the comprehensive popularity of children’s football has been quickly set off.The education administrative departments of all regions of the Tibet Autonomous Region responded positively and implemented the work arrangements for children’s football teaching.As the foundation of campus football,children’s football has a milestone significance for the Chinese football revitalization plan.This paper focuses on the "the new era of football characteristic kindergarten construction" as the background,By investigating the development status quo of children’s football in Tibet,Understand the current situation of children’s football in Tibet,Exploring a new path for the integrated development of physical education and preschool education in ethnic minority areas,Providing new methods for the scientific development of infant football in Tibet,Analyzing the practical dilemma of children’s football development,Explore a new situation of children’s football,Summarize the factors restricting the development of children’s football programs in Tibet Autonomous Region and put forward the solution strategies,Analyzing the good experience and methods of carrying out the football characteristic demonstration kindergarten activities,To provide a basis for the theoretical construction of the children’s football field in Tibet,We will push children’s football in the plateau region on a new journey.Methods: In order to deeply study the development status of children’s football activities in Tibet Autonomous Region,the literature data method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method,data statistics method and expert interview method are used.To investigate the general situation of teachers,site allocation,funding source,parent support and policy support in football characteristic kindergartens,so as to provide data support for this study.Results: The national level has issued a programmatic document for children’s football and the selection of characteristic kindergartens,which makes a key step forward in the cause of children’s football in Tibet.Local governments and education administrative departments lack of guidance documents for children’s football management and the lack of special funds for children’s football,leading to the unbalanced development of children’s football projects in Tibet Autonomous Region.The vacancy of relevant documents makes the lack of supervision and evaluation mechanism and teaching form;the construction of most kindergarten facilities and insufficient sports equipment.Kindergarten teachers in various cities,football teachers are mostly part-time teachers,and low professional level;football teaching mode is uneven,classroom quality is poor,"primary school" tendency.Conclusion: At present,the construction project of children’s football characteristic kindergartens is still in the pilot stage.The number of football characteristic kindergartens in Tibet is small,and the regional distribution is uneven.The government shall formulate relevant management,supervision and evaluation mechanism,standardize the operation mode of football characteristic kindergartens,supervise and guide the standardization of teaching activities,and provide government order guarantee for children’s football curriculum,allocate special funds to assist kindergartens in supporting hardware facilities,purchase sports equipment,strengthen teachers,improve business skills training,and improve the remuneration treatment of government,society,kindergarten,teachers and parents to promote the comprehensive scientific development of children’s football in Tibet Autonomous Region.
