In recent years,the power to punish teachers in the field of education has gradually become a hot topic in the society.Typical examples of teacher punishment have attracted people's attention.Many educators in the society have been pushed to the top of the public opinion for punishing students.At the end of November 2019,the Ministry of Education for the implementation of moral fundamental task,safeguard and regulate teachers perform the duties of a student education and management in accordance with the law,maintain the dignity of the teacher's principle and promote the healthy growth of students' all-round development,and according to the education law,pedagogic law,minors protection law and other laws and regulations,formulate a "primary and secondary school teachers education carrying out disciplinary rules(draft)",is relevant in the study of the punishment power of teachers is not only the study of education itself,a national focus on policy,people concerned about education.Teachers take the exercise of disciplinary power to students,which is based on its position and identity,will be presented in various forms,based on the particularity in private schools,private schools teachers,private schools in the perspective of the relationship between teachers and students,it is run by the local school,junior high school teachers perspective study punishment power is how to exercise,in exercise of the problems existing in the process,the paper analyzes the causes of problems behind and so on.Through empirical investigation and research,using investigation method,case analysis method,interview method,etc.,this paper takes Chengdu QS School as an example to dig into the current situation and difficulties of junior high school teachers in private schools exercising their right of punishment.First,analyses in the status of the punishment power of teachers exercise mainly in the understanding of the punishment power of teachers,disciplinary basis and purpose,and disciplinary procedures,disciplinary effect and psychological changes in four aspects,including the subtle changes in the relationship between teachers and students and teachers in private schools the complex relation of group with management,and parents education concept of the psychological change of different students and teachers is important to start.Secondly,the dilemma of teachers' exercise of the right of punishment is mainly reflected in the conflict between different subjects' understanding of the facts of punishment,that is,teachers,students and parents have different attitudes towards punishment.It is difficult to enforce the laws and regulations on the power of punishment,and there are practical problems in legislation and implementation.The difficulties in the process of exercising the power of punishment and the particularity of private schools restrict teachers' power of punishment,such as the particularity of private schools,the excessive participation of parents and the gap in teachers' psychological status.In view of the above problems,the countermeasures are put forward,including establishing and improving the legislation and implementation of teachers' power of punishment,and implementing the system of teachers' power of punishment.Raise the education idea of the whole people and the consciousness of rule of law,change the concept of punishment,correctly analyze the behavior of punishment;Private schools should consider teachers' stand,give support and humanistic care,balance and weaken the contradiction between teachers and students and home school,and establish a campus environment suitable for the common development of teachers and students.To promote home-school cooperation,supervision and division of labor,private school parents should not excessively participate in the exercise of teachers' power of punishment and school management;To improve the comprehensive education ability,teachers should enhance their teaching ability and management ability.They should make reasonable use of the power of punishment,treat problems comprehensively,carefully and prospectively,accumulate their personal charm,attach importance to effective communication with students,and win the recognition of students.In order to establish a long-term,stable,friendly and harmonious relationship between teachers and students,we need to explore more effective countermeasures to solve many problems in the exercise of the power of punishment power.
