In the new era of rapid development of informatization and technology,education has always been in an important position of national strategic development.Higher education plays a pivotal role in enhancing my country's comprehensive national strength and competitiveness.Postgraduate education is one of the cores of higher education development.Develop postgraduate education and cultivate high-level talents with both ability and political integrity to meet the needs of the development of the party and the country.It is an objective requirement for my country's economic transformation and development,and it is also an important development strategy for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Facing the future,only by achieving high-quality and high-level rapid development in higher education,and realizing innovative training methods in high-end talent training,can we quickly get ahead of other countries in the world.There is no doubt that talent training is important to promote the country's economic and social development.way.From the perspective of higher education resource carrying capacity and meeting market demand,the scale of graduate students exceeds the higher education resource carrying capacity,and the relative imbalance of education quality has appeared,which has attracted the attention of relevant education departments.The scientific research and innovation ability is one of the important indicators to measure the quality of graduate students.The current research on the research and innovation ability of graduate students in my country is mainly focused on the theoretical analysis of its influencing factors and improvement strategies,and how each influencing factor affects and its There are relatively few empirical studies on the degree of impact.This study refers to the relevant domestic and foreign literature materials of learning motivation,learning input,scientific research innovation ability and tutor autonomy support,and takes self-determination theory and learning input theory as the theoretical basis of the research,puts forward relevant research hypotheses,and constructs learning input with learning machine and scientific research innovation ability as independent and dependent variables Tutor autonomy support is the influence model of intermediate variable and adjusting variable.The questionnaire was developed by using the mature scale prepared by the scholars before.The 306 questionnaires were analyzed empirically by spss26.0 and amos23.0,to verify the hypothesis proposed in this study.The results show that:(1)the motivation of master students' learning has a positive impact on the ability of scientific research innovation;(2)Learning motivation has a positive impact on learning input;(3)The input of learning has a positive impact on the ability of scientific research and innovation;(4)Learning input plays an intermediary role between learning motivation and scientific research innovation ability;(5)Tutor autonomy support plays a regulatory role in the learning input and scientific research innovation ability.Based on the above analysis,in order to improve the innovation ability of postgraduate scientific research,this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions on how to stimulate learning motivation and improve the ability of scientific research innovation from the perspective of government,University,tutor and graduate students.
