The Ethical Analyses On Relationship Between Tutor And Postgraduate

At present, the postgraduate education in our country mainly follows the cultivated mode of tutoring system, therefore, the tutor takes an important and unique position in the entire postgraduate educational system. This essay does a research on the ethical basis of relationship of tutor and postgraduate and also on the professional ethical qualities the tutor should possess, from the angle of tutor on the reality of postgraduate education in the theoretical guide of Pedagogy and Ethics!After studying the current theories and exerting the literature method, this essay analyzes the natures and the functions of the tutor to illustrate the features of relationship between tutors and postgraduates which includes the relationship of teachers and students in the identification; the corporation relationship on the scientific research; the promotion relationship in the teaching and the equal relationship in the human characteristics. On the foundation of theoretical analysis and the research of a high school in southern part of Jiangsu province, this essay examines the postgraduate in the school on the problems of communication fluency between tutor and postgraduate; the satisfaction degree of the tutor; the tutoring types of favors and aversions and the types of tutor instructing with the research ways of paper and interview. From the result of the investigation, this paper analysiss the main problems existed in the relationship of tutor and postgraduate, in which this essay describes the professional ethical qualities in the scientific ethics and educational ethics between the teachers and the students ,and exposes the interior consistency in this role as a tutor, and also clarifies the base of the consistency from the relation between"production"and"reproduction".From the above theoritical analyses, on the current situation of relationship between the tutor and postgraduate , this essay finally poses several constructive suggestions on how to improve the professional ethical qualities and how to strengthen the team construction of tutor: to strengthen the professional ethical education of tutor ; to perfect the filtration system of the tutor system; to abolish the scientific evaluation on the number, and to establish a justified assessment standard and mechanism of tutor system; to set up the rules on the tutor of postgraduate so as to transform the teaching ways of the tutors; to restrain the register scale of the postgraduates, especially the register doctor!...
