Study On The Leisure Life Of Rural Middle School Teachers

Leisure life is an indispensable part of teachers ' life.The quality of leisure life directly affects the quality of teachers,and indirectly affects the quality of education.Since the 21st century,the relevant research of "leisure" has gradually become the focus of scholars.With the advancement of domestic research,some scholars have fixed their sight on the research of "teachers 'leisure",and some scholars have studied and explored "teachers' leisure life".Research on teachers' leisure life can not only explore the current situation of teachers' leisure life,promote the development of leisure and theories related to teachers 'education,but also provide reference for teachers' pre-job training and post-job training,so as to promote teachers ' self-reflection and improve the professional level of teachers.Based on the existing research,this paper first sorts out the concept,basic theory and value of leisure life,which is the starting point of this research.Secondly,based on the existing research,four research dimensions,such as leisure time,leisure activity mode,leisure attitude,leisure life influencing factors,are determined,and according to the dimensions of research and design of rural junior middle school teachers leisure life questionnaire and interview outline.Thirdly,by using the method of questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates the current situation of Teachers' leisure life in five rural junior middle schools in y county of s province,and then sums up the existing problems of their leisure life,the cause of formation of the problem is analyzed with the interview data.Finally,based on the reality of rural areas and schools,put forward corresponding strategies to improve the quality of leisure life of rural junior middle school teachers.The study found that insufficient leisure time and the demand for leisure time are strong;single type of leisure activity,weak correlation between leisure activity and professional development;cognitive deviation of leisure life value and low satisfaction of leisure life are the main problems of leisure life of rural junior high school teachers.In view of the above problems,the author analyzes the causes of rural junior middle school teachers' leisure life from macro,medium and micro levels:from macro level,lack of system and funds make teachers' leisure life lack of security;From the meso-level,the overwork and low attention make the teachers have no time to take care of their leisure life,and from the micro-level,the lack of time and consciousness make the teachers lack of motivation in their leisure life.Finally,starting from the problems and causes of the Leisure Life of rural junior middle school teachers,the author puts forward the strategies of forming national system guarantee,creating school atmosphere and individual initiative study,to improve the quality of leisure life of rural junior middle school teachers.
